  1. Playoffs begin tonight for the baby canucks as well. It would be a great experience to our prospects if they can have a deep run, and they got some reinforcements to do just that, here's an article of schroeder/the first round matchup
  2. streaming radio. and the games been over for a while now. the score did not change since my last post.
  3. I always do. moose lead 3-2, Schroeder has 1 goal on 1 shot and has an even +/-
  4. Schroeder just scored, putting the moose up 2-0 with 5 min remaining in the 1st.
  5. heh, thanks guys, but it was hardly clairvoyance. Barrie is a contender for the memorial cup this year, and Brampton had Hodgson and... yeah. they were badly outmatched.
  6. I can't wait to see him develop over here.
  7. nothing to talk about? if he didn't score a point there isn't much to say other than report that he didn't score a point. The web stream is no longer available for free, so unless someone went to the game or bought the stream you can't really comment on his play. Hodgson should be joining him for the next game (odds are brampton will lose tonight and he will be free to join the moose)
  8. Connauton (and the Giants) might last longer than the moose, but lord knows the moose NEED d-men, desperately.
  9. moose just clinched with peoria's 4-2 win over lake eerie.
  10. If lake eerie loses tonight the moose still clinch. Right now, Lake Eerie is losing 2-1 with 5:28 remaining
  11. yeah, it can be confusing when going between different leagues and trying to figure out who makes the playoffs (like in the OHL where only 2 teams from each conference do not).
  12. You're doing it wrong. top 4 in each division make the playoffs, the moose are in 4th in their division, and 6 points up on lake eerie and with a game in hand. They are well within a playoff berth, and slowly pulling away. in fact they can clinch tonight with a win. http://theahl.com/saturday-s-clinching-scenarios-p141351
  13. sweet, thanks for the link.
  14. I wish you would learn to express yourself better. you really do not make good arguments, and those that might hold weight are destroyed by your lack of grammar/spelling. I don't even understand half of the things you write.
  15. If it were any eastern conference team's affiliate (or the affiliate of a non rival) then it would attract more. If it were the canucks affiliate it would probably sell out every game, or at least come close.
  16. no, not even close to making the comparison yet, and hodgson will always be the better all around player, but schroeder will be a top notch offensive winger with some defensive awareness. I'm just glad we will not have to choose between them.
  17. it sucks that they don't included anything beyond the game winning goal. Cheap @ss abby organization
  18. Schroeder's play is better suited to the wing; his performance thus far has proven that. It's not his size (wingers need to go into the dirty areas in the corners and in front of the net) but more his play style. His transition to wing was the best think he did all season, he was fine as centre in the NCAA (most forwards in the NHL played centre at one time or another) but I see him excelling on the wing in the NHL.
  19. his goal was on a high sticking minor, his assist was on the first half of the 4 min high sticking penalty. Funny enough, both infractions were committed by the same player for the heat (M. Mitera)
  20. a little from column A, a little from Column B.
  21. fixed, and he's going to be a GREAT winger for the Canucks in the future.
  22. yeah jordan definitely earned every point. he's gonna be a great winger in the NHL.
  23. The only place I know of for the free AHL streams no longer carries them (probably because of the influx of people watching them). you're gonna have to pay to watch it.
  24. Sauve and the Seadogs will have something to say about that.
  25. it was a beauty of an assist too (according to the excitement of the radio announcers). I can't wait to see the highlights.
