  1. I'm talking size wise....specifically weight as Ennis is under 160. Read before posting.
  2. http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/pdisplay.php?pid=96607 http://www.ontariohockeyleague.com/roster/show/id/2386 Regardless....6-6'1 isn't tiny. Ehlers at 5'11 isn't too bad either but at 163 pounds he needs MINIMUM 20 pounds of muscle added which will take years. He could turn into a Tyler Ennis type though. Either way I want MDC or Ritchie depending where we pick 6-10.
  3. Based on what Linden said in the Q&A it seems pretty clear Benning is the front runner. "His team may play in the Stanley Cup Final" "I may have played with him a long time ago, short period of time" "Someone that might have been part of this organization at some point"
  4. I don't like our chances losing to Edmonton....they are playing truly horrible.
  5. If Feaster is the replacement the world will officially come to an end....

  6. yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
  7. So...if a player manages to rip off his visor prior to a fight...but the helmet stays intact...no penalty??

indeed .. IMO .. so we need removable visors .. I too thought of this, but am not an engineer/designer .. it would make sense tho .. fight with a visor on and get extra time

  8. So...if you manage to rip off your visor in a fight...but the helmet stays intact...no penalty??

  9. His play has sucked all year asides from that short streak. Why exactly does he deserve top 6 minutes? Stop blaming Torts for everything...seriously getting old.
  10. Ridiculous that Lack is getting a 19th straight start. We need to give Markstrom a chance so we can actually see if he can be on the roster next year.
  11. Switch up the exercises for a bit. A change can really go a long way. Be it a different order or completely different types for the same muscle. Also try doing drop or super sets and see how you react to that. Then try going back to regular routine. As some have mentioned gaining weight can help. You have to eat least 6 good meals. As the saying goes....Eat Big to Get Big.
  12. Last year during cutting I went from about 215 to 185-190. Definitely saw the differences in the arms and chest in terms of definition but was not able to show abs. Had less muscle last year though, should be better 2nd time around. 30 pounds is a lot to loose though....muscle gets lost with that kind of significant quick reduction.
  13. Dallas win = we are officially eliminated

  14. Couldn't have picked a worse time to win a game.....

  15. Down from about 205 to 199 since the start of cutting season for me. Probably need to get down to about 190 to start seeing abs/getting ripped.
  16. If we lose tonight we could be potentially 25th overall in the standings....meaning 6th overall pick! Really looking forward to the draft.
  17. Well I'm speculating too, was hoping there was something official by now.
  18. That's the plan. Protein stays the same.
  19. Every time Ottawa has a chance to pass us.....

    1. Brad Marchand

      Brad Marchand

Worst part of all is that Anaheim has Ottawa's first round pick.
