What does this have to do with what I said? The law comes down to what can be proven. Just because YOU believe what was written - which could be true or could be a lie - doesnt mean it can be proven in a court of law. Thats not how the system works. Not gonna lie, I normally ignore personal insults but if you are somehow suggesting I must be a rapist or someone who assaults people because I think I can get away with it, then &^@# you. Hard to tell with the gobbledygook you write but if defaming another person that way isnt worth a ban nothing on here is.

Agree totally. The timing of a victim coming forward is not an indication of anything other than it is a &^@#ing terrifying thing to do for most.

Buying him out is a completely different process than terminating his contract for conduct. Legally speaking you need to be able to prove the conduct in order to terminate or you open yourself up to potential legal problems later.

It is possible he is a total scumbag but these allegations are false. Thats what investigations are for.
