  1. Thanks I will. Will let you guys know what they say Haha well unfortunately I think I need the test to justify not come to work for 2 weeks!
  2. But who is going to test me for it if I'm starting to recover??
  3. Thank you for scaring me even more My temperature has been getting better tho, so I guess covid or not, I have managed to fight it off.. so now that makes me wonder.. can people recovered from covid still spread the virus for a few days after their symptoms go away??
  4. Thank you. I do think it is just a bad flu as my cough has not been worsening. I just find it a bit silly that people with a minor cold are telling others with a severe fever and coughing not to worry just because don't have shortness of breath.. as far as I know pneumonia would be a latter developments of the virus and that is what would cause shortness of breath.
  5. Well I'm 2/3 so can probably understand why I'm a but worried about going into the office.. Fever for three days, fever and cough for 1 day (yesterday), shortness of breath.. today? I doubt it but just saying there can be reason to worry before one has all the symptoms.
  6. I should've been more clear that I never was planning to go. I am younger so not too worried about myself. And I definitely don't have a cold... have had a high fever for 3 straight days. It would just be nice to know whether I have it or so I can decide whether to go to work or not during the next two weeks... I know if I call they will tell me to keep monitoring my symptoms because I have not traveled recently.
  7. Sounds like we are in the same boat.... am I the only one surprised the tests can't be self administered at home? Its just a swab and I can't see a better use for the $$ the govt is allocating to fight this. Keep people at home, not commuting to their doctor...
  8. Thanks a lot! I'm slowly developing a cough so I really don't know if I'm supposed to get tested or what? Can the government not mail us tests to do at home? I truly don't feel like going to the doctor's office is a good idea and plus I barely have the energy to anyways..
  9. I doubt it.. I have the most awful flu I have every experienced (at least I hope its flu..), and work would still like me to come in on the weekend since I missed a lot of days this week. I will disinfect everything of course but still seems like an unnecessary risk considering where we are at.
  10. Just FYI, runny nose is not a symptom of Covid19
  11. How are we an outlier? Following Japan/US quite closely. And have to hope we follow Japan's curve rather than US
  12. Would never happen.... you think NHL wants to put on a Red Wings v. Bruins series?
  13. sorry to break it to you, but official or not, it's going to happen
  14. Flu has an R0 of ~1/3rd of covid..... not to mention not a single one of us has developed immunity to covid
  15. ? difference is NCAA doesn't have infected players (yet)
  16. Hard to say, but if the decision is to play games in empty stadiums, I would be OK with us missing the playoffs... the idea is for our young players to get a feel for playoff hockey and I don't think they will be able to do that playing in front of no fans.
  17. We are lucky there are only 4 or so 4 point games likely to be in there.. I'm certain we will piss those away
  18. Not a bad idea to have him skate by himself/in your case, with a few non-team coaches. Let him take it slow. Man, I'm excited
  19. I read, no plans to ask fans to return pucks edit: they cost ~$100 apparently to produce
  20. Unfortunately we are getting to the point where two games CAN make or break a season.
  21. MacEwen should slot in though no? Who is also bottom 6
