Stay home with parents, work hard for 30 years and maybe...just maybe you will have saved up $1 million!
IMHO, the Cap is too high, I know, entertainment industry, but it blows my mind how much some players make in 1 year...
Trudeau: Canadiens' selection of Mailloux shows 'lack of judgment'
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says that as a lifelong Montreal Canadiens fan he's "deeply disappointed" by the team's selection of Logan Mailloux in the NHL draft.
LOL - One can say the same about those that voted for Trudeau!
Stating a statistic like "gave away 23 draft picks" without quantifying it against say - how many have other GM's given away and/or how many have you received is about as useless as teets on a bull.
Maybe if he wore a shirt that said "It's hard to be humble when you're as good as I am".
I get it - celebrate, have fun - but no need to dis other team and/or their fans.
Sure, he can say whatever he wants - doesn't mean it is the right thing to say.
Disagree - basically he dropped down to the level of a few idiotic fans.
There are kids that look up to these guys - they need to be better than the scum of the planet.
Yes, he's like school in the summer - no class.
He needs to take a "How to be humble" course.
No need to dis another team's fan base after you beat them in a SCF.
"I guess being a Canucks fan I should be used to disappointment."
Well, look at me, A Canucks, Bombers and Patriots fan since the mid 70's (and England in soccer).
Until the Brady - Belichick era, hardly any championships - hardly any finals (England's first since 1966!).
Canucks 0
England 0
Bombers 4
Patriots 6
10 in 45 years of cheering (maybe 11 if England beats Italy on Sunday!).
Disappointment or just poor choices? LOL
