  1. You are just getting annoying with this. It's been an unhealthy obsession for a while and it's turning into something more it seems. Restraining order may be necessary.
  2. Raw isn't necessarily a bad thing. Alot of prospects move up in rankings because they are so raw - lots of room to grow and develop, guys just scratching the surface. Liam foudy and K'andre Miller are recent examples of this.
  3. Dude stop trying to sell that Caufield sucks at skating lol.
  4. If Turcotte is available at 10 then you pick him... I'd probably puke if we passed on him ...if he were available.
  5. I do not agree at all, his skating is fine. Edge work could use a little work to up his mobility a bit but that will just take time. He has given scouts no reason to doubt that he will be an impact player at the NHL level and that's why his ranking continues to climb.
  6. No one is offering a top 10 pick for Gaudette though. Even a late first round pick wouldnt happen and I wouldn't move him for a 2nd..
  7. Carolina matches that. Also we need to wait a bit before moving dipietro, we don't really know what we have yet in him.
  8. I can imagine him going in the 10-20 range. He's a beast for sure.
  9. Agreed, Horvat can create something out of nothing very quickly with pure brute strength and will power. Honestly, having a guy like Caufield would be beneficial, he rarely players with finishers. It would be interesting to see what he can do with some talent on his wing.
  10. Ripper is my favorite, when he fought Gil was memorable.
  11. Let's take a step back, he was a high risk raw prospect when he was selected. We knew the road would be 3-4 years minimum, he has eclipsed those expectations and continues to improve at a good pace. Again, every player develops at a different pace, and no he shouldn't be further in his development - he's right where he needs to be. Not many 5th rounders even step foot into an NHL locker room.
  12. Putting any faith into him coming back is just a waste. I like to imagine our future without him and if he comes back then it's just a bonus haha.
  13. Good call having it right after the draft. What an experience for these guys.
  14. Even if a late first turns into a third line center that has a decently long career that's considered a win. So it's close. I'd honestly keep Gaudette unless we could get a top 20 pick but even then.. hard to give up on him considering his trajectory.
  15. 7.5 would be ideal but we're probably looking around 8.5.
  16. Not every player is the same and develops differently, it's pretty sad that that needs to be explained to you.
  17. It was his first year pro, you need to take it down a notch haha. Saw a lot of good things from him, he needs to have a good off season and have some time to adjust the little things in his game. His development trajectory has been fantastic and I don't see him topping out yet at all. Patience.
  18. I'd say he's more unknown han anything. He has a decent ceiling but it's so hard to say if he can adjust to the NHL size and speed.
  19. Im sure he can answer that because he was in on that meeting.
