As much as we think the Jays are struggling the O's have scored the least amount of runs since the All-Star break. You get them away from Camden yards and they aren't a good team.
Also how about those Mariners....I'm hoping to catch a game when they come to town and could it be a possible playoff preview?
I just realized that Bautista is on the DL. Maybe he's the problem. He goes on DL and the bats wake up. It seemed they struggled once he got back from his previous stint.
At least the o's lost. Despite how bad we seem to be playing lately we are still tied for 1st. Hopefully they get out of this funk soon and go on a run.
Didn't watch a lot of the series, but from what I did watch it seemed like KC was just finding those holes and beating out infield singles. Similar to what happened last year.
Was pretty amazing that we take 3 of 4 when we only scored 10 runs. The starting pitching isn't getting the credit it deserves but they have been lights out this season. I think everyone is kind of waiting for the pitching to struggle and the bats to catch fire, but at least the pitching is showing no signs of slowing down. Interested to see Liriano tomorrow against a struggling Royals team.
So it looks like the Jays will go to a 6 man rotation and Sanchez is gonna remain a starter for the time being.
Stroman
Sanchez
Happ
Estrada
Dickey
Liriano
Keeping pace with the Orioles who are taking care of Texas.
Also Luongo smashed me today, his lineup was ridiculous.
CarGo 2 Homers
Rupp HR
Walker HR
Napoli HR
I just had Donaldson hit a HR for me.
JD Martinez was activated off the DL today and was pinch hitting. The crowd was going nuts for him and the announcers were like "if he goes deep here, watch out". First pitch he sees from Sale was a bomb to CF.
kind of cool to see.
so I was playing draft kings last night and I noticed that their was a strombone1 in the same one as me. I tweeted out if this him, he sent me a PM and saying don't show anyone his crappy lineup. Today he challenged me to a head to head matchup.
