  1. Again, incorrect based on the rules and spirit of this league. You're certainly not dumb. You're a solid GM. You're just not coming to grips with the logic of why two starting goalies is an unfair advantage. Let me give you another example, would you think it's fair if I had Crosby, McDavid, Mackinnon and Matthews as my 4 centers? It's an exaggerated example, but do you not see the logic?
  2. Within the rules of this league. Having two starters(a specialized and high point scoring position) would give a team an unfair advantage. What part of that doesn't make sense?
  3. Literally turned the game on and Kahun scores I'll be turning it off now. You're welcome Canucks fans.
  4. His agent was also pretty sour about how the Canucks treated TreeBeard this last year. He’s an RFA this year and will be a UFA next season. There are many teams that could offer him more than the $2m he was looking for with the Nucks. If he agrees to a contract, great. Hold your breath. If I was his agent I’d string Vancouver along like they did to him. The Nucks aren’t making the playoffs this year, so I expect TreeBeard to become a UFA and sign for top dollar elsewhere. If he doesn’t get more then his agent is terrible.
  5. Do you think it's fair for one team to have two starters and another team to have one starter and a backup?
  6. To: Execs. Teams with two starters have an unfair advantage over teams that have a starter and a true backup goalie, in this shortened season. If a 1a and 1b starts being two starters points-wise then that has to be looked at. What’s stopping the rest of teams from having 2 goalies that act like starters? We gotta nip this in the bud soon before it’s the deciding factor for team’s in making the playoffs or not.
  7. For those who may game the system, should we think about doing a re-entry for those players? To make it fair?
  8. Yeah, there were some positives. The goaltending was on point. The defense seemed much better as a group, and there was speed and solid possession in the O-zone. However, all that means sweet eff all, when the forwards, particularly the top line, doesn't shoot. I used to scream for them to shoot on the powerplay, and now it seems I'm screaming that all the time.
  9. I wouldn't take anything Mike says seriously.
