  1. I might be able to host a game...I don't have work for a weakfish*. I'll see by tomorrow if I'll be able to tackle this task. *I meant to say week-ish, and it got auto-corrected. I figure that's too epic of an auto-correct to change, so I just left it there.
  2. Hill sprints and stairs >>> any calf exercise in gym.
  3. Hate both teams, but a great series. Excellent hockey, series got more intense as it went on.
  4. Yeah, and those are absolutely optimal results (AKA you're going to have to bust your ass and commit to it like few people can).
  5. ~50 lbs in 2 years? No. That's juicing. With optimal diet, committed training, good genetics, just starting out...you could maybe gain ~20 lbs of muscle in a year, but that level of muscle gain just isn't happening year-to-year without a boost. People who boast of this type of crazy lean muscle gain (outside of puberty) are either, 1) Misinformed (ex. maybe they gained 20 lbs in a year, but far from it is all muscle...or, they're reading an inaccurate measurement) 2) Lying 3) Juicing
  6. They have a chance against either. This is playoff hockey. Rangers could use their speed to great effect against LA a la Montreal vs Boston. I actually think they're a worse stylistic matchup against Chicago because I feel Chicago can do anything New York can do better...except stop pucks. Crawford vs Lundqvist could be a big factor if that's the series.
  7. Hells no. Quick is a great goalie on a better team which makes up for the weaknesses in his game. Lundqvist has the best resume in the game and is playing phenomenally.
  8. I blame John Moore for taking X-factor Dutch Gretzky out of the series. Oh well Best of luck to Marty St Louis, King Henrik, and AV. I like me more than the two western teams.
  9. Love him or hate him, got to admit that Conor McGregor's got talent. Saw this video of him shadowboxing…the fluidity and smoothness of his movement and transitions is incredible. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_qFzz730No Not the music choice you'd expect from a professional ass-kicking Irishman.
  10. A stick yanking somebody back by the midsection is not embellishment... And that's game!
  11. Kings getting away with a lot of obstructions...hooking, tripping...little things that make a difference.
  12. I would imagine they're at least happy he's getting a great shot at one last Cup that he probably wouldn't have gotten this season in Tampa.
  13. Maaaan...if it was anybody other than Marty St. Louis I'd be pissed.
  14. IMO, the most exciting thing that could happen in the WW division (maybe after a couple of title fights) would be GSP coming back as a challenger with nothing to lose. The rebirth of Rush would be amazing. Also...Dillashaw fight only reinforces my belief that Cruz would've defeated Barao. People forget how special Dominick was because he's been out so long.
  15. Lawler's still got the monstrous power and the fury, but he just keeps looking smarter and more polished each fight…dude's scary when he combines his natural abilities with great technique. Amazing striking. He's going to be right back fighting for the title. Half heartbreaking to see Hendo get dominated like that, half amazing to see the sheer power of DC at 205. Tossed Hendo around like a plaything. The UFC is really trying to sell Barao…he's beyond amazing, but not the 'pinnacle' of MMA. He doesn't have the roundedness of Aldo or GSP…he has flaws to be exploited. Doubt TJ has much of a chance though, Barao's a freaking monster. EDIT: SHUT ME UP, UPSET OF THE DECADE. Absolutely brilliant fight!!! I don't think I've seen an upset like that in my life.
  16. It was really scary but I wasn't scared because nothing scares me so I did it anyways.
  17. Weise and Weise...yeah you heard me. He's either going full Dutch Gretzky and blazing to the net on a breakaway and slipping it past the King's left pad, or a pucks gonna bounce off his chin and deflect through Tokarski's 5er. If neither of those happens, I swear on my mom's life that I will tie a knot around my nuts, fasten the other end of that rope to a brick, stand on the edge of a cliff, and then undo the knot because that's a dangerous situation to be in.
