Why are we still going on about the bad call. Canucks need to give the refs a chance to make up for it. Kick/glove one in and give them a decision to make.
Saw that coming. You have to be really convincing to score a decision over the champ. I had that 3 rounds to 2 for Hendricks in all honesty but I can understand a 3-2 GSP call too.
Winning first and second round playoff games means nothing if you don't win the big one. I'd rather the Lions lost today then pulled off two upsets only to lose the GC.
At least we know the Lions can deliver the home GC win. The Riders still have to get through 2 more games, and overcome the small matter of being 3-15 in the big game.
I will say this though. Please beat the Stumps next week Saskatchewan. I think the Riders losing a GC at home would be the only possible thing to top the 13th man.
I don't understand that at all. The ball is live. If a Rider recovers it's their ball.
EDIT: Nm it isn't.
Ball was dead as soon as he fumbled. I learned something new today. Or maybe not because that says out of bounds, I'll keep digging.
Damn, with all the craziness of this season they're actually very much alive. Just need to do the business against Colorado in their last two matches and they'll actually make it. Just insane.
Throw the ball in the general location of a receiver and have the receiver fall over to draw a flag is such a great strategy. If only Buck could put it in the same area code as a receiver.
Even with the blatantly obvious "ITS ONLY WINNIPEG" argument for tonight. The Lions have gone from 1-4 to 3-4 on the road in two weeks with a backup QB playing. Trending in the right direction for sure.
