  1. Rogers Phone Agents: geniuses at work. My phone line was cut/dead...I called, set up an appt. They didn't show...when I asked why they said (true story), "we were unable to contact you". Brilliant.

      Did all I needed to - double confirmed appts. (they missed 2) and informed them when my cell died so they could note on the file that I was here, waiting, but had no contact #.

      Not only did they not show, they lied/said they'd sent a tech out but I wasn't here and that he'd confirmed that the problem was on the inside (false). The guy who finally DID arrive (I read them the riot act over missed time from work) took 8 seconds to reconnect the wires. What a fiasco.
