You forgot *knock on wood* JT is one of those guys who seemingly leads a good life and fitness is part of that. So there's no reason to think he'll have a sudden drastic decline. Gradual over time....sure. But he does so many things that I'm sure we'll get good mileage out of him. Players in their 30's are having some great success and it's no longer a matter of guys who drink a six pack and have a smoke before the game...these guys have optimal training and diet programs.

Been a lot this week...two sick animals in the family (2 expensive vet trips), Dad broke his teeth and taxes had to be done. My week off..."vacation". Can hardly wait for the game...my bright spot. Treated myself to some Tino's for dinner. Two hockey loving guys own the joint...will always support them.

Foote knew the defenceman could skate and was competitive, but it was the hands. “Hronek comes out in practice the first day and I was chuckling,” Foote, the assistant coach in charge of Vancouver Canuck defencemen, said after Wednesday’s practice. “I knew his compete (level), but when I saw him with his hands always in front of him and how smooth he was with the puck ... I loved it because the other D are, like, looking at him.
