BOC is f*cking up.

I asked a while ago for the mods to change the name of this thread as the world of MMA is quickly getting bigger than just the UFC. I try not to talk about them much anymore as I disagree with ALOT about that company. The latest being their use of UFC 290 to promote that last POTUS. But for you, a UFC story. ...I might be giving the edge in the gimmick fight to Zuck now. Elon has GSP but Zuck just joined up with two of my fav current champs... https://www.foxnews.com/sports/mark-zuckerberg-teams-up-ufcs-israel-adesanya-alexander-volkanovski-feud-elon-musk-intensifies

It's their time to waste. Elon is the richest man on the planet that says and does very impactful things all the time. Recently a Zuck just made big news. AOC made a comment and a poster decided to call her dumb for once being a bartender. That is what we have been talking mostly about today. But you come in a call people pitiful and obsessed but make no mention of the discriminitory poster. You pick and choose. And you know it.

That. Is why people will watch. Francis has the hardest recorded punch on the planet. For any that don't know him....here he is turning a very tough man into a pez dispenser..

I have to, at least an hour. Oh the plight of the Blue Heeler owner.

I do 4-15 +. I make sure that rep 15 on my first set burns and I try to do a few more. By the 4th set, getting 15 good reps is hell. Really getting into the mind/muscle thing...flexing the bicep with the lift, at the end of a curl for example. Looking for that burn on the specific muscle that the exercise is designed for. I find when I lift too heavy, my form goes to crap and I dont target the right thing. That said, I do put in a heavy week now and again to change things up.

Do you lift heavy? I have found lifting lighter with more reps gives me way better muslce growth ( hypertrophy). I find it easier but you have have really good form and mind/muscle connection. It still burns but in a different way than heavy sets.

Dude. You are doing some good work. Only nutrition I could suggest is eating good calories and lots of protein which is a task for me as a vegetarian. You're 162, that is light enough at 6ft imo. I would now work on feeling good and looking the way you want in the mirror. Keep it up!

Is that like a Burpee? I kid. Good bump. I just got back from the gym for my Sunday run. I normally dont do cardio in the gym but its hot these days so I am like hamster on the treadmill, no fun. Chest day tmr...I stilll do the bro-split... love it, one body group per day with core and cardio sprinkled all over the place. I have been considering getting into BJJ as I have a extensive background in striking but not much ground stuff. I used to drop into a grappling for MMA class and I loved it. Problem these days is that I have a shoulder and some hip business that are making me wonder if putting myself into pretzels would be much fun... gotta get my streching and yoga shiz going to see if I can't mend my wussy areas.

I never knew until recently that Messier demanded to wear #11 when he got here, despite the protests of Wayne Maki's family. Moose was the worst. 'The Vancouver Canucks claimed Wayne in the 1970 NHL Expansion Draft where he became one of the franchise's first stars, being among the team's leading scorers both of his full seasons with the team. He played two and a half seasons with Vancouver until he was diagnosed with brain cancer in December of 1972. On May 12, 1974, he passed away at the age of 29. The Canucks unofficially retired Wayne's #11 jersey until Mark Messier (who had worn #11 with the Edmonton Oilers and New York Rangers) joined the team & insisted on using it over the protest of Wayne's family.'
