Oh, deer? check! ..one cost our band 5k in bumper repair, same van, but that was in Sask. It saw us coming from a million miles away because.. ..it was Saskatchewan. Still it decided to bounce across. DOA.

One misunderstood our Econoline 250 for a threat once....somewhere in northern Ontario, middle of the night. He charged down the centre line , threw a good hip check leaving a dent and completely took off the driver side mirror.

Because you can't be deaf without silence. I feel like time is being sped up. Not specific gravitational time dilation but the whole darn multiverse/simulationy thingy. Like someone is pressing fast forward on the reality PVR. Since we exist in time, we probably could not prove it or properly notice it.... ...but can you feel it?

Speaking of Costa's weight cutting... https://www.mmamania.com/2019/8/29/20838438/ufc-paulo-costa-banned-middleweight-division-until-cleared-by-csac-mma Paulo Costa banned from middleweight division until cleared by CSAC

You did the right thing. Once the Kidneys go.... I have met people that have spent thousands on cats as old as 18. My dog can read my feelings, not sure about my mind. Shes a rescue with a history of abuse. If I get in a bad mood, even if I haven't made a sound, she goes into the bedroom to hide from me. It's actually helped me control myself. Also with 100% accuracy, she know's if I am taking her with me or not when I put on my shoes. I don't need to say anything, if shes not coming she goes into her crate even if it's her regular walk time. I met a guy at the dog park a couple weeks ago...he said " oh, she's got Heeler in her...can she read you mind?" ...I laughed hard at his insight.

Oh, I didn't answer.. How smart are animals? Some of us can now operate computers and post stories of questionable decisions.

She should be, She has really good recall ( well, apparently not good enough!). It was dark, I saw that something got her attention so I called her and she started to come but the skunk must have made a break from it. She saw it, doubled back for just a couple steps into the brush and the next thing I know shes running towards me in a panic. Got her right in the face, she was having a tough time for about 5mins...drooling, rubbing her eyes...finally just lay on the grass defeated. Really hope she learned a lesson, I don't dig this odour in my place.

It was a nice international dogs day, for the most part. We had a bit of an adventure, one that alerted our olfactory system. Tess, Squirrels are NOT black and white. What you chased into the bushes was a completely different animal! The condo stinks....like really bad. Below is the face of a dog that learned a valuable lesson.

Happy Dog Day everyone! TESS

That's too bad, you were baiting with your pot head stigma question when you know CBD doesn't get you high. I wonder if all your initial up votes got your joke. Although I don't think recreational use is bad at all, it's a lot better than drinking...I hope the non-pot smokers understand that this plant needs to be respected for the medical attributes. I'm admittedly defensive about the medicinal side. My wife knows this girl quite well, tough story....though I don't know if the cannabanoids she uses is specifically CBD. I think a few are showing interesting health benefits. https://cannabislifenetwork.com/vanishing-white-matter-disease-jaydas-story/

I was taking a gender studies class and was asked how I view lesbian relationships. I said " usually on my cell phone"

This should be in the confessions thread. Well before Old School the movie made this song immortal I had been saying that I want it played at my funeral. I was Whitesnake fan when I started playing drums, late 80's. This song is actually a re-release/tweaked in 87 from an earlier version in 82.. If you ever hear the good Bishop has left this world, play it for me my CDC friends and have a good giggle. Original.. But please play this one for me...

I don't think anyone is. Some have responded with a comment about viewing CBD users as 'stupid pot heads'... But from my view, people seem to understand the laws and that everyone should be aware of them. However, they should freely comment if they believe those laws are silly. Especially in relation to something that has seemly great health benefits.

Nah, I'm in my dt condo with small mortgage left. I have a detached that I rent out on the island that is paid off. It's right across from the waterfront property that I plan to purchase once I sell the Condo. My dad was a contractor before he was forced to turn to real estate due to injuries from a bad car accident. He knew his stuff from all angles of the market. He advised me to get into the game early, when I was 23. He's passed on now, but did he ever help me set up for my future. No hand outs, just his good guidance. -
No, It's already getting eaten...you're stealing from the great communities of maggots. Are the glowing orbs that Sasquatch often seen with proof that they are just playing some sort of inter-dimensional laser tag?

Can't. 70% owner occupied so there is a wait list to rent out. Have another detached near the one I am about to buy, that will remain my rental. -

More propaganda? from my realtor friend... The Vancouver Real Estate Newsletter August 23, 2019 What Will Fall Look Like For Home Buyers & Sellers? August home sales are on track to hit around 2,100 units for the month, the 3rd highest of 2019 and higher than August 2018's sales volume. Furthermore, after 6 straight months of inventory increases, total inventory decreased in July and looks to follow suit in August. And while 2 months of data does not yet make for a trend, will the typically busy fall season just around the corner coupled with mortgage rate interest wars pushing rates down entice buyers back to the market? RBC Senior Economic Robert Hogue certainly thinks so and has some encouraging words about the state of the market in this article entitled "It’s official: Canada’s housing-market correction is over" https://www.livabl.com/2019/08/canadas-housing-market-correction-over.html I'll give you a first hand. I'm gonna list my dt condo in a few weeks....then buy a detached asap. KOS...take it away!
