Honestly, the first couple of times just go do whatever you can, dont overwork yourself right off the bat and slowly ease yourself back into it before you start a routine. Or else I bet you'll be SUPER sore for a week right off the bat.

I got some money for christmas and have been saving up for a while to get one, but they are sold out everywhere in my area! The wait is agonizing!

Players played like crap all tournament long, there wasnt really a go to guy, every seemed to lack intensity and played like our Canucks do a lot of the time.

Always have been interested in Drive Club since the announcement. When's it coming? I'll probably end up buying it.
You might he able to simply upgrade from the free version to save some $$$ perhaps. Or buy in store and get 3 month PS+ with it.
At least those are the rumours.

(Minus some tracks and cars in the retail version which comes with a 3 month PS+ Card)

Good leg day. 5 deadlift sets, 5 squat sets..
Has anyone else given up with calf muscles? Some people can get those tennis ball shaped calves, but I am certainly not one. I know other guys bigger than me who have the same problem it appears. I've put a lot of time into it but they really don't develop. Maybe it's a genetic thing.
I used to have huge calves strictly from soccer only (didnt lift then) gone down in size now since I hardly do legs as Im focused on my upper body since I had legs but zero upper body... But now that its evening up, well not quite there, I'll be getting back to doing legs more legs.

Well the gyms are full... Brace yourself as it could get even worse! Expect the storm to last another couple of weeks to a month and the weather should clear up as the storm moves out.

So there this tough guy at my gym, 2x my size, one day he's staring at me doing seated shoulder presses I notice it in the mirror and look at him once I finish my set, he giggles and looks away as I make eye contact...... today I'm on the cardio bike upstairs, you can see the weight area downstairs from the cardio section...... I just get this feeling to look down and I see this guy literally standing there and staring up at me.....?!
What would you do?
Why is it that YOU always seem to have these problems?
Maybe you are doing something.

I just ordered a PS4 off the US Amazon site.
It cost $480 after shipping and other fees. So, if you can't find one anywhere near you either and you can't wait. It might be worth it to check Amazon.com
Will that not cause warranty problems? Buying from the US?
so seeing that the left thumbstick is starting to peel i think i'm gonna try to replace the sticks with some x360 ones. i have a pack of about 20 replacement sticks for my 360 controller and based on the following vid @ 6.24, the cpnnectors inside are pretty much the same...
i will make this change once the rubber has completely broken.
Just get it exchanged, instead of risking screwing it up.

Horvat is going to get very little press from TSN playing with those two guys. TSN always picks their hype guy(s) before the tournament starts. Remember back in 2009 Tavares was the guy even though he got outscored by Hodgson and outperformed by the theatrics of Eberle.
Well take into account that Tavares was still draft eligible, and was younger, same thing with McDavid, much younger. Eberle, Hodgson, Horvat all been drafted.
Account age into factor and Tavares was more impressive than Hodgson.

I was on wi-fi but had a very weak connection and took hours to update the system. So I bought an adapter that plugs into your power outlet and now have a hard wired ethernet connection to my ps4. Now it's fast as anything. Highly recommend this product.

And Lupul my routers not very far/I get good speeds on my iPhone right next to my PS4.

Are you on Wi-Fi? If so, then yes I have the exact same issue. My download speeds are 1.6mbps. I switched to a wire and got 23mpbs. Try using a lan cable if you are on Wi-Fi.
Yes Wifi, 15-20 mbps when the PS4 isn't downloading games, 5-6 on other devices are on while PS4 is downloading, 1-2 mbps on the PS4 while downloading...
My router is rooms down and so I cant do straight connection.

Unbelievably slow game download speeds, anyone have the same? 14 GB has taken 3-4 hours minimum and still got a GB to go.

GOT ONE! FS and BB had random stock of 80-100 or something each online, gone in 15-20 mins, got one with minutes to spare.
Edit: It was actually like 8-15 mins.

I think my PS4 is worth the $400 I paid for it. It's been running smooth, Madden 25 and Battlefield 4 look incredible on it (So does NBA, but I don't have it). My last console was a 360, so it's nice to be able to watch Netflix without paying $60 a year for Live. Any updates that occur, these PS4's will get unless they change the actual hardware such as a graphics card, in which case, that new PS4 will cost even more.
As for the controller issue, I only have the one that came with the PS4 and it has no functioning or physical issues. Except that it dies super quick because Sony was stupid and didn't give you the option of being able to turn off your controller during Netflix and even having it set to 10 minutes of no use turns it off is a waste since 10 minutes drains the battery quite a bit.
PSN online is $50.

Past week I've been intaking 5000 + calorie per day. I've gained 6 lbs in a week. Don't judge me! Lol I just wanna gain an extra 30 lbs.
What is the point of that? You are adding nothing but fat, later on you will regret it and start cutting which will take you five times as much time.

Aside from the hits and all, I love Patrice Bergeron, helping bring the stretcher over. (always had extreme respect for the guy, absolute warrior last playoffs, as always)
Wish I could rock his jersey, sadly I cant with the Bruins logo on it.

Do you really want to kill the guy right off the bat? Hahaha. Even taking it easy will get him super sore. So if he does bi and tri one day hard right off the bat, he may struggle or feel the need to take a day off the next day for say chest day. Once he goes through his whole cycle, he'll be out a week or so haha.
So I just think maybe easing in would be good, may be able to hit each muscle twice that way. But hey he's been in the gym before I guess he can decide, not that one of our suggestions is better than the other, just preference of the individual I guess. (Hell he may have a job that requires hard labour).
