  1. Well the PlayStation 4 drops tonight at midnight or 8 am at some stores, so I think it's time to give it it's own thread, and given my username I felt it was only right for it to be started by myself. Who's getting it at midnight/morning? I wish I could, but I know it is best to wait till I get done with this heavy load of school and pick it up for the summer. Post pictures and what not if you get it! Would love to see some of the lineups if any of you can manage to snap some of those.
  2. I played the XBOX One for a few minutes, and the loading times for I believe it was a demo, not 100% sure if it was the full game (never asked) and the load times to start up the race were horrible, about as long as it takes for GTA 5 to load up. Graphics were the same as Gran Turismo 5 Prologue for PS3.
  3. I'd take any seat in the arena to watch Canada win gold. Arena doesn't seat as many people as a NHL arena, so I bet you could make crazy profit if you were to resell, assuming its legal to do so, don't want to end up breaking a law in crazy Russia... But that would be an experience of a life time, really jealous!
  4. Wow thats nuts! Do you live there? And price? Was it hard to get?
  5. But hes more famous now., worldwide. This whole story is entertaining! Either way he would have ended up with not being re elected later on, and possibly being pressured into stepping down.
  6. His press conference was hilarious! Cameras flashing in his face, comes out and says I dont have anything to say, its in front of the courst now. I have no reason to resign And storms off within a minute of standing there and looking guilty.
  7. Not sure if youa re serious... Couple weeks shouldnt do anything. Most likely you are not eating enough in those weeks, and your body will slim down due to all that extra food and liquids in your body exiting during that time. So not necessarly muscle loss, rather a lot of factors such as water, food, fat etc. Like you can look bloated when you eat a whole lot for awhile, or even a whole day, does it actually mean you got fatter/bigger and gained all that weight? Nope in a few days you'll be back to normal if your diet goes back to normal. Even when you do lose muscle, your body will gain it back a whole lot quicker once you get back at it due to muscle memory. (I am in know way an expert, only been lifting for over a year, but throughout my findings from people and online, this is some of the stuff I have remembered)
  8. Meh you'll be sore the first time you go, after that its all good. Didn't experience really anything other than that. Everything was fine. Edit: Only difference was that I lost some weight (did not keep calories up)
  9. CDC Election 2013. Vote GlassJaw. -The voice of the voiceless.

I'm just waiting for an "I'm Glassjaw and I approve this message" comment.

  10. 5-10 min warm up light cardio, 40-60 minutes lifting. Go. Now.
  11. Why not both? Mix it up. Incline would be good for your calves, and ofcourse the more you run, the easier the fat will come off. Or go to the gym and really hit your calves.
  12. Milk is king. Can easily drink 6-8 glasses a day, tons of protein and calories quick.
  13. Yesh you totally can, you will be miles ahead of where you used to be, you'll look much better than you did, however you will still be a long long way away from your end goal (if your goal is to be huge) But you will be more masculine forsure, the base of your frame should develop easily within that year or less. Put in the effort, and the results will be well worth what you went through, and it'll only motivate you to keep going. I'm a natty, not sure about others here, so it'll take me a lot longer to get to where I want to be.
  14. Takes more time than a year. At 13 months and my chest has not fully developed and filled in at the top. Although I let off on bulking up and eating properly for awhile during that time, so I could of been further, starting to eat good once again now. Takes years. But you will be miles away from where you are now in a year. I put in an average of 15-17 days a month during school months. Summer I would go much more, once went 10 days straight (rotating muscles in a 3 day cycle)
  15. Stomach fat is usually the last to go, you cannot target it directly.
  16. Do you guys use the heaviest weight you can? Or a bit lower (like me) It makes a hugeeee difference for me at least in adding size. I no longer try to dumbbell press something I have to use all my muscles to do example shoulders, arms and chest. Drop the weight 5-10 pounds, and use JUST your chest and oh god the muscle contractions are amazing, no longer feel it in my shoulders or whatever and I always get a great workout. Higher reps, and more holding the contraction. Not to mention the gains have been amazing since I switched:)
  17. Legs do that to you. Whenever I do fairly heavy, and 25 reps on the leg press, oh yeah I feel it. I feel a bit light headed and while I dont feel like throwing up, there have been times in the past. Leg exercises use all the energy you have.
  18. What an amazing person Adrian Peterson is, thats whats giving me all these chills thinking of what he must be going through. Yet he still tweeted thanks to everyone for all the support etc. Amazing human, super tragic.
  19. http://www.sportchek.ca/product/index.jsp?productId=21975856 Since I used them for quite awhile after my wrist pains, I guess it really helped them fully get better and now I CAN do sll the excercises without them, however on bicep and tricep day I choose to wear them just incase. Preacher curls and etc I'm pretty sure were a huge reason for the injury. Probably would use them for the bench press too, however off the bench press for now. Plus when I do dumbbell presses they arent 60, 70 pounds so I'm good to go without them there too. Prefer to lift a bit lower and get full contractions push with only the muscles i'm working on and now be using my shoulders a lot to push the dumbbells up. But you'll see what you may want to use them for, since your routine and body is probably a lot different than mine. You'll get them back quick, trust me.
  20. Dat feels:') Feeling much better now that I got to workout!
  21. Same, 4 in 6 days however. (Week before that was busy with tons of homework and quizzes) So I really do not have any time to waste, haven't even been able to play GTA online for more than 20 minutes 2 more days and we are both free Edit: do you still pound the calories when not lifting? If Im not going to the gym for an extended period of time I pull back on the calories to an amount where I'd be "cutting" I only eat big, when I lift, dont want to go through a huge bulk where I'll cut for over month, so I just go a little over maintenance.
  22. I'm dying! Need to get back in the gym asap! Been only once in the last almost 2 weeks! Argh midterms are almost done and I'll have to make up for it with non stop gym! My back and neck are so sore from studying though -___-
  23. Day one of the 123 day relay with the torch and... Minutes after it starts the flame goes out and is replaced with a lighters flame. Hahaha.
  24. Honestly could it be that you are simply just over thinking things and its not exactly how you are thinking it is? Could honestly be mistakenly thinking all of that. Anyways my advice, workout with a friend, totally will distract you. Or try and speak to the staff? Or let your friend talk to them for you? If not, move on to another gym.
