[DEBATE] JT Miller or Bo Horvat? Who you got?
Mackcanuck replied to Elias Pettersson's topic in Canucks Talk
Looks like Miller won! -
Just the same feeling as when Trevor had his "C" ripped off his jersey and unceremoniously kicked to the curb to NYI. I'm devastated Islanders will probably re-flip him at the deadlline for more Both deserved better than this

Maybe It's time for Miller to go full Messier and Rip the "C" off Bo's sweater and boot him to the curb! It's a Canucks tradition
-
JT Miller may not get a Selke nomination But, He may be eligible for a Sulky nomination
-
Another game, another episode The same thing that makes Miller so competitive is the same thing that makes him have these emotional meltdowns He needs to see a sports psychologist If he is already seeing one, then he needs 2 of them

[PGT] Vancouver Canucks at Winnipeg Jets | Dec. 29, 2022

Miller is a "D" bag A Goalie doesn't leave his net until the puck leaves the "D" Zone unless waved in from the Head Coach! Miller has single handedly blew games himself with selfish stupid puck give aways in his own zone What would have happened if he broke his stick when he smacked the Goalies net with it in his fit of anger The rookie Goalie that made 35 saves in that game -
A goalie doesn't leave his net until the puck exits the D zone!! Maybe the next time Miller gives the puck away with his stupid dangerous brain fart backhand passes that lead to a goal against, The Goalie should scream and swear at JT The guy is a total #1 grade "A" dick Holding the puck in the zone so you can yell "Get the f**k off!!!" at the goalie who kept you in the game with 36 saves and smack his net is a very stupid way to waste half the last minute of play.

Fun Fact Rookie Lane Pederson is engaged to Luke Schenn's sister.

So, Do what then President Trevor Linden wanted to do 4 years ago when he was kicked to the curb! He said "the team would be competitive in 4 years time"

Salary Cap News - bad news https://www.espn.com/nhl/story/_/id/35245517/commish-nhl-salary-cap-only-rise-1-million In October, Bettman said there was a chance that the 2023-24 season would have a computational cap, and that the salary cap could rise by more than $4 million because there was "a good probability" that the players' escrow debt will be paid off this season. But at the board of governors meeting in Palm Beach on Tuesday, Bettman downplayed those expectations and said the players could still owe about $70 million at the end of the season. "Based on current projections, there will still be an escrow at the end of the season. If that's the case, we will move the cap up by $1 million," Bettman said.
