From everything I've seen about him since he was drafted, it seems he is the perfect sniper. He is very deliberate in his shots. He knows exactly where he wants to put it, and is a good enough shooter to do it. He seems to keep his head up at all times. Always looking for the right play, which for a guy like him is usually a shot, but he seems to know his way around making some great passes too. The future looks good with this kid let's hope we can get a great playmaker to feed that wicked shot. F'n Edmonton stealing poolparty. He would have been great.

Really? Gonna trade a Tanev or an Edler for a guy who hasn't been able to do it in this league before. He couldn't the first time in the league. Thats why he left for Russia. He had a good season in a league much lower in quality than the NHL. He has proven nothing in this league and trading away one of our best for a place in the line up for a hope and a chance with a Russian is going full retard.

I actually like Sbisa. He is a tough guy to play against. He hits a lot, and wit his big size, they are good hits. He may be a bit of a potato, but his game was getting pretty good last year. He brings a lot of what this team so badly needs. Toughness

You didn't deserve that minus so I even that back up for you. Typical CDC. Someone has an honest and fair opinion about one of our players and people get mad. Hutton really doesn't have the greatest shot. He is a skinny little fella still. That will change. Tanev's stick is where goals go to die. The guy couldn't shoot a puck through a piece of paper. Not it everyone is good at everything. That is why you have 5 people on the ice with you. its ok to say that too

Hahaha. Yeah dude. Let's trade one of our best Dmen to make room for Larsen. Say that out loud to yourself. Do you feel stupid after that? You should.

They have a pretty great staff. And it's not like college. The team still has access to the player. They can talk about his training and nutrition all they want. London has a great team with a great support staff. Olli is in good hands and we have nothing to worry about. All we need to do is wait for him to pack on that muscle!

Here is a silly cover from my all time favourite band Choke. They went on to become the most technical progressive punk band ever. But this is a song from the early 90's when they were teenagers. It's awesome and ridiculous at the same time

Why do I keep checking back to this thread? Maybe the musician in me wants to see something actually worthy of the title 'best bass player'. Instead, I get another of Cabinessence garbage threads that gets kept alive by people posting videos of old crap. I like classic rock as much as the next guy, but freaking for really guys? The Who?!? Give me a flipping break! This isn't the 'which classic rock song do you enjoy?'. it is the 'BEST bass player' thread. We should change this garbage list for the poll by doing some actual research, using others opinions, etc.... Geddy is prob the only one on that list that deserves to be there.

I saw that too. My guess was he is in an older apartment building and that is the phone to ring people in the front door.

You and your people have no clue what you are talking about.

Hahah honestly. These lists you make are just garbage. Where is Les Claypool? The one he has been called the worlds best bass player for years and years. Get a clue man.

Thanks for the tip. But, PROPAGANDHI became who they where when he left. They were good, but after that they became great. His style wasn't even close to a fit for that band. He is The Weakerthans. Which is straight up weakerthan Propagandhi He had no place there to begin with. Two totally different style. They needed a bass player, he needed a band to play in. They made it work until they both found what they needed. They have been the same lead guitar/vox and drummer for almost 30 years. Todd has been their bass player for 20 years. That's more than double the time Samson was there. This line up is Propagandhi. -

My grandpa was a cameraman for CBC for years. He did Canucks, grizzlies, Indy, Lambchops Playalong(hahaha) and a bunch of others. The one really cool story he told me, is when he was paid to follow them around, and go on tour with The Irish Rovers and film a bunch of shows. Cool stuff! We would listen to the rovers sometimes on trips with my Dad. The unicorn song is all I really remember. Time for a Google session! -

For those who enjoy punk, but not 4 chord repetitive garbage. These two Canadian bands are jam packed full of technical and progressive prowess. Two huge inspirations to me. CHOKE The most tech, fastest punk album ever would be FORWARD. Amazing album. Put out in 99, but truly so far ahead of their time. These guys are some of the best musicians around. PROPAGANDHI One of the only punk bands who are still actually trying to make a difference. Unlike punks of past who tried the same by being a bunch of dicks and punks, Prop does it with huge amounts of intelligence and hatred for the government and way things are. Punks. Lol They have been around for over 20 some odd years. They started out as.... Punks. Had a couple decent albums, but starting with Today's Empire, Tomorrow's Ashes, they evolved into a prog rock meets brilliant punk band and have put out 4 incredible albums since. I highly suggest to those those who like it fast and hard, to check out these bands. -
Getting ready to go tame some strange.

Not a chance in hell. 14-15 at the most. You all look like you are 12. And a group of 18 year olds wouldn't be in a bathroom together taking selfies like a bunch of girls at a sleep over.
