Actually more than two. There was one on Marky, Bo, and now Quinn. They were all high-sticking penalties in my opinion. A player is always responsible for their stick. Go Canucks Go!
He's been taking lots of hacks and whacks and cheap shots this year. Yeah I'd say that he hasn't quite been the same since he took that late hit last time against the Bruins. He very well could be playing through something. Kid's a gamer though so I'm sure he'll come around. Go Canucks Go!
Yeah I noticed that too. He's turned away a couple of times when he could have finished a hit. We need to finish our hits better and Roussell is supposed to be leading the way in that kind of stuff. Anyway the boys are playing reasonably well and I like the score. Go Canucks Go!
Eriksson had a perfect opportunity to fall on the goalie for Marky after he missed but didn't. I would have. Go Canucks Go!
P.S. - I don't normally condone cheap shots but geesh. They run our guys and no penalties and no push-back. What can we do?
Yeah, pass on Dumba. We need Tryamkin, or a Pronger, or a Scott Stevens, or someone like that. You know someone who can and will throw a hit and stand up for our smaller skill guys. Go Canucks Go!
I don't know about you but I wouldn't trade money for health, especially when it comes to brain injuries. I prefer a working brain to any amount of money. With a working brain one can always earn more money but one can never buy back permanent damage. I do hope he can find a full recovery but it looks pretty doubtful at this point. Here's hoping... Go Canucks Go!
It is a big deal. It doesn't harm us financially but hey let's have a little sympathy for what this guy is going through. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy nevermind one of our beloved Canucks. We'll probably go out and get a rental now which will be OK for the hockey side of things but I still really feel for the guy. Go Canucks Go!
Looks like you were right after all. It's really quite sad. For us Canucks fans but mostly for Ferland himself. I hope he gets well soon and does what is right for his long term health. Go Canucks Go!
