My post here doesn't blame anybody about anything... However, Bettman's negotiating methodology is what pisses me off. It is more likely to result in a lockout than that of the Player's Association. For example, it was Bettman that announced the "threat" of a lockout, whereas the players are willing to negotiate into the season while playing. It also illustrates Bettman's stubborn, disagreeable character and how it contributes to negotiations dragging out to serve his own ego, desires or whatever it is that motivates that little weasel of a man when its clearly possible that an agreement could be reached much more efficiently and amicably.
