    I feel like Boeser will be re-signed on day 1 of the season. Roussel can be moved to LTIR and the Canucks can then spend over the cap as much as his cap hit.

      If he was hurt last season and is still currently hurt can he not be put on LTIR prior to the start of the season like in training camp? IF Boeser is not signed in camp he will not be attending which honestly would be detrimental to his season i think we have seen the effect of this last season he was really slow coming out of the gate due to not getting proper training time in.
