      ^ Yeah but it would have been fair to just give them the last pick in the first round that way they aren't screwing other teams over.

      originally when the Vegas expansion process began they had 3rd overall odds for 3 years regardless of where they finished but they changed that sometime between then and awarding vegas the franchise
