  1. China harvested organs from political prisoners on substantial scale, says tribunal Forced harvesting of organs from prisoners of conscience in China has been “substantial,” says an interim judgment of an independent “people’s tribunal” set up to determine whether the country’s transplantation practices breached international criminal law. The former English judge Geoffrey Nice QC, the tribunal’s chair, said after a three day evidence gathering session, “We, the tribunal members, are all certain, unanimously, beyond reasonable doubt, that in China forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience has been practised for a substantial period of time, involving a very substantial number of victims . . . by state organised or approved organisations or individuals.” The tribunal found that the practices breached the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, including articles 3 (right to life), 6 (recognition as a person before the law), 7 (equality before the law), 9 (not to be subject to arbitrary arrest), 10 (full equality to a fair and public … CNN https://www.cnn.com/2016/06/23/asia/china-organ-harvesting/index.html
  2. We can get Brian Burke to drive her to the border.
  3. The San Jose Sharks selected a Swedish centre with the 87th overall pick in the 2018 NHL entry draft. The Sharks traded the 114th and 145th overall pick in this years draft in order to draft their man. Karlsson had a really good year playing in the SuperElit league (one of the top leagues in Sweden) and finished the regular season with 27 goals and 25 assists for a total of 52 points in 42 games. He then carried his strong play into the post-season and tallied two goals and two assists for four points in six games. Karlsson would finish the year getting called up to the top league in Sweden, the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), where he would play 13 games for Karlskrona HK and would finish the season for them with one assist.
  4. Brian Burke didn't like the trade. You need some sheep dogs around the sheep. Beagle and the Bulldog are not good enough Brian? EP40 is sad because they traded his bodyguard and also his best friend -Dahlen. Hamonic is happy. Choirboy Tkachuk has free reign on EP40 and Markstrom. EP40 needs to take boxing lessons from Gino. He can do it all.
  5. Hughes to Petty, Petty to the Flow. He shoots, he scores. A tick, tac, toe play. These chess players are better than the checker players.
  6. The Canucks invest a lot for their players, millions of dollars. Can't they have a healthy food plan for young, single players? 1) A healthy eating plan by a dietitian 2) Cooking course for healthy meals 3) Take home frozen meals 4) Find a babe who is a chef.
  7. Great article on The Great Son. https://www.sportsnet.ca/magazine/gretzky-the-great-son/
  8. Zack attack is going to be a fan favorite. He can skate, shoot, score, hit and fight. 6'4 211lbs https://www.hockeyfights.com/players/22800
  9. Wolverines in the NHL. Add Hughes and Lockwood. https://mgoblue.com/sports/2017/6/16/wolverines-in-the-nhl.aspx
  10. Nikita saw the weird characters on his phone and automatically deleted it. Kind of me deleting a spam message.
  11. We, humans, spent our weekends turning over rocks. Alf copied our secret!
  12. Nice pass to Pettersson last night for the winning goal. Can't have enough skill players on the team. Look at Toronto and Tampa.
  13. You are having a good time time tonight. Good for you. I agree with you. Leivo will count his money if he keeps this up. Leivo will be the power forward on that line. 6'2 190 or 210? He has 3g, 1a, 4 pts in 6 games playing for the Canucks. He will be even better when he learns the system and breaks bread with the Alien and Flow. He score again today, scored the last game. Two shots total, two goals. He screened the goalie when the Flow scored today. The amazing stat is +7 in 6 games. He learned mainly watching the games as the 13th forward in Toronto for the last five years. He is a developed NHL player. Sure glad JB traded for him.
  14. Not sure this video has been posted. He is doing the same things in the NHL as he was doing in the SHL. A Superstar.
  15. The Golden Boy...Elias Pettersson. The SHL playoffs before his NHL debut. His mom whistles after Pettersson scores, his father gives the fist pump in another video. 16. I remember Forsberg and Burnaby Joe destorying the Canucks in the playoffs. It's best to have two elite centres which betters your chances to win the Stanley Cup. Elias and Bo? Stanley Cup Winners Peter and Burnaby Joe Mario and Yagr Sid and Malkin Kuznetsov and Backstrom 99 and x-Canuck Captain #11
  17. The strongest Canuck prospect. It has to work on his speed so he the can hit and staple Tkachuk onto the boards as part of the advertising.
  18. How about a 6'7, 260 lbs Russian in a couple of years?
  19. Is Petterson better than Barzal who had 22 goals, 63 assists (85 points) in his rookie season? Is Petterson the UBC test tube clone of Henrik and Daniel?
