  1. 112, I feel we're both struggling with our normally-perfect grammar this game.
  2. I'm a bit sad we're not still speaking in code.
  3. I agree too. Well, at the least I get where this is coming from. I'm not playing quite the same way as I normally do (although I wouldn't say it's been scummy, just different). As I've said, I chalk that up to not getting to re-read as much due to having so many posts/not enough time in my life.
  4. Just to be sure, since I neglected to unvote: Unvote; vote DarthMelvin.
  5. Why would scum admit to the lie now without any pressure to do so or means of catching him out? I think he did it for shiggles and realised it had no effect so gave up. If anything he looks more TP to me at the moment.
  6. Okay, anyway, signing off. Vote DarthMelvin. It's a less controversial vote, but as much as I do have certain suspicions about certain players, without being here to see how such things play out I'm not willing to just drop a heavy vote and leave. DM, for his part, is playing a completely different game from the rest of us, I think, but even if nothing he says makes sense, his attitude does feel like he's putting on an aggressive scumhunting character to look good. I do think a key tactic would be to look through AV's interactions (I don't recall any reads lists he posted) but I saw nothing that that raised sirens when I glanced through R1. I liked BJ's response to my vote; 112's was 'eh' but we can come back to that.
  7. I'm with 112 on this, minus the profanity. It doesn't hurt anyone to pay a bit of attention to pronouns. My father in law gets grumpy about this as well (but otherwise supports LGBT rights and such) and I just don't get it.
  8. Right, I have to go, and it's a short round today. So let's go with my real suspect this entire time. Unvote; vote BW
  9. I don't agree with 'never', but I do agree about the votes.
  10. I only made it halfway through the first round before giving up and just voting for her.
  11. Alright, I've been tinfoiling her since the beginning. She was bussing Aladeen, but if you actually read her posts she was not really pushing that hard. She volunteered falcon as an alternative candidate for awhile as well, but switched back to Aladeen when his candidacy didn't die. The fake claim against Aladeen could easily have been to gain cred. She's in the PM. She was tied to AV as well through fake claims and such. I've just never quite shaken the feeling that she's playing a bit more intensely this game than I remember in recent games. Vote 112.
  12. Denied. I went after Aladeen way too hard and way too early. On a lesser note, I was also the first in R2 to bring up AV (admittedly he was raised in R1 as a suspect as well) and helped start the ball rolling on that. (BW gets all credit though!) I also reacted to BW's PM bluff in a genuine manner. But mainly it's the Aladeen thing.
  13. I should clarify - it was quite defensive, but to me it was a genuine defensiveness.
  14. Interesting. I'm fairly satisfied with BJ's response. Thanks for the assist on that, BW. Unvote.
  15. Let's go down a different route. Vote Blue Jay 22 He's just...hanging around. I don't recall him really being at the forefront of either vote.
  16. Right, I know I'm the one who suggest ranking the five 'PM' suspects, but I can think of a decent-ish reason for all of them to be non-mafia. Stamkos - interactions with AV seem genuine MH - role claim and PM fit his meta and seem too specific to be faked 112 - went quite hard on Aladeen and AV both BW - as MH pointed out, him being Aladeen's choice of invite seems too obvious for scumbros to do, plus BW's voting track record is good
  17. Random side question: when and why did we drop falcon as a suspect?
  18. I'll be the one to tinfoil and point out it wouldn't be the first time two scum started a 'private' PM to set up a trick play. ...that said, normally it's to claim Sheriff or Doc or something. His roleclaim has peculiar specifics (post count, SK trigger) that seem needlessly complicated for that sort of scheme.
  19. This was just after Stamkos' 5-post-gate post. Stamkos' fairly immediate response. Then, a few pages later, with zero context (the ongoing convo was about falcon + my read on BW): AV never really interacted directly with Aladeen, did he? In fact, that last post was during the early stages of Aladeen coming under fire. Speculation: since AV didn't interact with Aladeen, but does with Stamkos, that looks good on Stam. Also, if AV was going to bus a fellow wolf at that time, it would surely be the one under a bit of pressure (Aladeen) and not someone most people had begun to rule likely TP. I'm beginning to think Stamkos is my #4 (less likely to be scum) within the PM scum pool.
