Like I have no idea if this is the right way to play a flipless game, but I think it's essential we have an 'anchor' a read or two that we don't waver from and base our reading of the game around. In this game, for me, it's that BJ/NIK were town and EP and/or Lucky were scum. Those are the reads I am most confident in. I can't make sense of any world that doesn't fit those points considering the gamestate right now - if we are wrong about those reads then this game should really feel much different.
Then, going off of that, we can start to form a towncore and a scumpool, but leaving room for error. Reading the game that way, I consider Kurisu/Linguine/SS/Intoews/falcon my towncore. There's a chance one of them has snuck in as a deepwolf, but we can't worry about it until F5 at least IMO. Conversely, the PoE is surely a little 'easy' in the sense that MH, DM, and Qwags are perpetual residents of it, but at the same time usually I can clear one or two of those players at some point and so far I really can't. That could be worrying, but equally that could just mean we're absolutely right about one or two of them and one or two are just a bit lost.
Basically I'm saying that I think this game is going well, but I'm getting to the point where I begin to question everything and this post is meant to reassure myself.
