    Amazon has pretty darn good customer service. I called in to let them know the box my package came in was slightly damaged and they gave me $150 back on my credit card without me even asking as an apology. The purchase was only $300! Win!

      Nope. The contents were fine, just the box it came in. to be more clear it is the box/case the product comes in before amazon puts it in the cardboard box for shipping.
