      I bought my 2015 Jetta. Why go to the auto show? Besides I don't have the kind of money to buy a Ferrari or high end car that's the cost of a house.

    Really hoping we draft a defenseman with our 1st round pick this year. Carlo, Roy, Provorov or Werenski (if we are lucky) would be ideal. We need both a legit PPQB and a massive crease clearing beast so my preference is for Carlo or Roy

      Like Is aid earlier I am hoping for Carlo or Roy. Carlo has been ranked to go as high as #13 and as low as #50ish. The kid is 6ft5 over 210lbs and has good speed and hockey sense. He is exactly the kind fo stay at home D man we need. Benning clearly wants a meaner, bigger team with skill. Horvat, Kassian, Virtanen already fit that perfectly and now it's time to address the blue line.

    It may have cost us a power play but Kassian standing up to Maroon tripping Hank is exactly what we need. No more being pushed around. At the end of the day it got under Getzlafès skin so much we got the PP back as well.

    Seems like Benning was more than willing to move Kassian for the right return. I hope we keep him but I can't help but wonder what the asking price was. he did say he made a few calls shopping him.

      The whole point of this was as Canucks1219 also pointed out, that Benning made calls to other teams about Kassian and didnt just answer to offers

      No arguing that Magikal. But he did also make and field calls about others on the roster. Sadly some people in the Kassian thread that won't die are using this as an indictment against him and still proclaiming their genius doing so

    The housing adn rent prices in the Lower Mainland make me want to vomit. When I do a search for places to rent for $1500/mo I should not be seeing roommate offers and basement suites. Get real Vancouver
