    If Canucks used personality testing at the draft, they would have never made the mistake of taking Virtanen.

      the team wanted to get bigger, faster, more physical and added goal scoring. jake did all those things in juniors.

      plus being a home town boy was appealing to them too.  it is too early to label him a bust. some people just take more time.

      Brain doesn't mature until 25 but key elements of personality can already be defined by the time someone is two weeks old. 

      @87Crosby You don't understand what personality is. It doesn't mean you are the same person; it means your traits you use to interpret the world are the same. Just look up some research on personality.
