    The amount Leivo is being played actually does lend credence to the narrative that they are showcasing him for a trade when Rousell returns. Certainly possible.

    I feel like Pearson started this season as the forgotten child by many, including me. He has really proven to be a much bigger part of this team than most of us expected. Loving his hustle and skills!

    Honestly Boeser is the weak link on the PP right now. Watched two whole power plays where he didn’t move his feet once and missed a pass on each. Probably just rusty especially after the time he missed at the end of preseason.

    Nice of Tkachuk to admit he went after Horvat because he saw he was vulnerable with his head down.

    The Miller, Pettersson and Virtanen line looked great at the end of the game. Hope they stick with it for a while.

    Team didn’t play as badly as people are making out. Calgary is a higher tier team and we had lots of chances. Gripping our sticks and lacking confidence but didn’t quit.
