  1. Evander Kane certainly a popular guy apparently.

“Shut the (expletive) up, you selfish (expletive),” Falk yelled as he skated at winger Evander Kane on the KeyBank Center ice.

there sure is a hell of a lot of smoke around this guy

but most still believe there really isn't any fire there

character issues seem to follow him around

more so then just about any other player in the league

the stories about him in winnipeg have never been explained

so as to satisfy my concerns about him

i think the team has to decide to sign him or keep virt

makes little sense to have both

i am luke warm about virt

but that still makes me about 100 degrees warmer about him then kane

why throw a huge contract at a guy his age with the amount of smoke around him

when we have younger offensive prospects who most likely will deliver better value

      we do not need kane

i think until we actually need his type..

we simply should not want him

The idea of Kane is something I've considered.  Kane - Horvat - Boeser on paper would be a pretty dominant line, but then that fantasy goes down the toilet bowl when you realize how much of a douche the man is, and he embodies EVERYTHING that ISN'T a Canuck.  Same thing goes for Tkachuk, I honestly believe it was his character that prevented Benning and Linden from selecting him over Juolevi, and I have to say I agree.  In any organization, its your guys that represent your company, and do you want the guy who only plays for himself, and has some "out of office" issues with people and media, or do you want the work horse, who represents you and his family with dignity and respect?

@RRypien37 Your comment on Bogosian is the funniest thing on the CDC so far this year. You have set the bar very high, my friend.
