  1. How many yoo many men minors will this team take? This has to be like their 6th one since the start of preseason.
  2. Interesting. Canucks revisiting some prospects from past prospect camps, first Lukosevicius now Brubacher. Brubacher attended 2017 camp. https://canucksarmy.com/2017/05/03/report-canucks-invite-adam-brubacher-to-development-camp/
  3. Wouldn't mind claiming him to allow Rathbone to go to Abbotsford and play meaningful minutes. Cholowski and Hunt can handle the bottom pairing left side until Rathbone is ready.
  4. Loved how an undermanned team in Pittsburgh dismantled the Stanley Cup Champs and severely outgunned Seattle team took Vegas to the very end in game 1 of the season. Work ethic, will, and heart is what wins the games. I feel this season the Canucks have to get back to that identity that they were in 2019/2020 where they worked the hell out of the opposition. Find a way to win, doesn't matter how you do it, just find a way. That winning mentality at all costs needs to start in game 1 against a lethal Oilers team.
  5. nvm VC just too quick and already in midseason form
  6. Canucks still sitting at 24 players on the roster and finalized rosters have to be in at 2pm today. No one has been waived as of yet, leads me to think that the Canucks will be using the IR for Boeser and won't be ready for game 1.
  7. Correct Juulsen is assigned to Abbosford, but Lammikko has not been cleared waivers. With Lammikko not cleared, we sit at 24 bodies, unless Canucks place Boeser on IR or someone is waived.
  8. According to capfriendly with acquiring Juulsen and Lammikko for Juolevi, Canucks sit at 24 man roster. So one player will have to be papered down/waived to reach the 23 man roster limit. I would suspect it is either MacEwen, Dowling, or Burroughs that will be waived here.
  9. By the looks of it, he seems to be a very good skater with some sneaky playmaking skills.
  10. No that would be unconditional waivers with purposes of termination. Seems like this is just regular waivers. Canucks are leveraging as much as they can to open up cap space so they don't have to dip too far into Ferland's LTIR money likely so they can find some other help.
  11. Canucks literally only have 2 right hand shot forwards, and with Sutter out, we are running an all left handed center group. Would be wise to see if you can find a way to work a deal out with Edmonton to take on Turris.
