      I was trying to say you might want to avoid comments like that "certain segment" comment. The more you do that, the more they'll hate on you - and the less others respect you too.

      Would you like me to generalize the entire user base of CDC when it IS only a certain segment of the CDC population, TB? That's hardly fair, is it? Quite frankly, I think the others are quite happy to know they are NOT included in that 'certain segment'. Should I call a spade a club instead of the spade it is?
