I get the feeling from jazz's posts that he's largely ignoring his scummates and throwing shade at townies. By that logic, I suspect our scum are in [J23, Where's Wellwood, shiznak].
That's not to say AT is cleared, but I think the other PoE targets are better at the moment.
If we get through those four and we still have scum hanging around, then we enter paranoid mode and start looking at the [ilunga, Zfetch, luckylager, Aladeen] tier.
