    I think Luongo's recent play can be attributed to how he probably realized while on the bench that his job isn't so secure.

      so far....every year is a new year....oh ye of little faith....just for xmas, try saying something positive about him...like he is the best goaltender the canucks have ever had....we are lucky to have him...i'm behind him 100%....lu will lead us to a stanley cup.....leave out losing in game 7 of the scf...try it..it will make you feel good...you'll feel like a true fan and maybe you won't criticize your mom's cooking anymore...oh well, we can dream...lu's the man...merry christmas...

    Maybe the Panthers can do us another favour and take Luongo's contract off our hands. Luongo's wife's family is there and its a different general manager from when Luongo was there.

      I think most people are going to consider him a top 5 goalie in the league. Outside of (maybe) Montreal we have the best goalie of any Canadian team.

    I am not going to post in Canucks Talk until the playoffs. I hate how people rag on players like Sturm after a few failed games but continue to defend Luongo after several failed postseasons. Also too much hate on Schneider.
