Ok cool. From what I gather, you can track infection and I can track alignment. If conversion exists, this is potentially a good sign because you could always double-check my investigations to see if they're infected or not. Well, that comes down to me weighing the probability of the existence of more townspeople who might be hoarding/not being good citizens. Perhaps, players who are town that also have this mechanic can come forward and identify the thread (if they are permitted to share their role) so that I could avoid investigating them and triggering a similar scenario. I will say that the sheriff, in this particular game, has potential to be a bastard role but I'm not going to concede that just yet. There's more information to be learned through my investigations.

Well, does your partner have the same powers as you?
-
So, the whole partner thing is fake?
-
Why would there be two sheriffs? I am the only claimed sheriff. You are not a sheriff; you are some role claiming to have investigative powers and medical powers. Are you saying that your CDC claim is a lie?
-
For most of the second round, I had been under the impression that Ceres was attempting a fake play to draw out potential wolves with his claim. Believing this, I decided to play up my responses. I structured them so it showed that I was: 1) frustrated (note the few times I used words such as "ban-worthy", "overpowered", "fake") and 2) unconvincing (one or very few word responses) in hopes that potential wolves would maybe reveal themselves along the way, thinking that I was mafia who was lying about my investigation. -- When it became apparent that this wasn't a play, I called out Ceres After the events of this past nightfall, we know many things. I will list them below. 1. Ceres is The CDC or Ceres is a deep-wolf. He knew that Master Radishes was Patient Zero and he would have only known that if he had investigated him or been teammates with him, respectively. His alleged partner may want to consider coming forward eventually in order to corroborate the claims of Ceres and the role of The CDC. 2. Master Radishes had a level of investigation immunity. I can believe a scenario where the sheriff wasn't able to get accurate results; we've seen that before in past games with Kingpin roles. I can also believe, with the least amount of confidence, that The CDC, due to game theme and mechanics, might have been able to retrieve accurate results. But this now leads to a bigger issue with Ceres' claim. This is explained more in the next point because... 3. Alain Vigneault is the sheriff. Not a naive/psycho sheriff. If that were the case, I would not have received accurate investigation results about thejazz97. I know that I am legit and I shouldn't just discredit my role. This is why for this next round, I would like to investigate Ceres if I have the chance. If I don't die, there's two outcomes: a) At worst, I confirm that Ceres has been telling the truth and waste investigating the identity of another player. But that itself isn't even a bad thing. If Ceres is green-checked, it's harmless to the town because Ceres himself has investigations so the town will still be receiving investigation results about another player. b) At best, I expose him for being mafia. Enough said. I feel Ceres is the best investigation option but working together is more important than being a hero. With that in mind, I'll go with a different player if there's strong consensus from the town. -- At this point, any argument that Ceres makes about him and Master Radishes not being teammates is wine-in-front-of-my-eyes. We have seen big plays of bussing like this before, in fact, I was being accused of it just this past round. Ceres is now calling out luckylager as mafia. I say we explore that lynch possibility and go from there.

Oufff. brutal spelling of conscience 0/10 attempt.
-
Yeah, it's super late here. Hopefully, you'll go to sleep, wake up with a healthy conscious, and admit you're a deep-wolf.
-
Nice to know you already have your mafia kill set on me.
-
It's an unfortunate circumstance but I'm not going to stop investigating players.
-
Let the records show that we have a "town-aligned" player asking the sheriff not to investigate.
-
Blaming game mechanics on me. Really cool
-
Not sure if I communicated this well but I think many people will know what I mean.
-
There's no scenario where I'm a Kingpin. A Kingpin would produce a "Town" investigation. Even though game mechanics are at the discretion of the host, I think it would be awfully cruel to the town to put in two non-town roles with misleading results upon investigation.
-
I literally posted this information an hour ago. I was told (from the host) that thejazz97 was hoarding toilet-paper and the town would deal with him. Not long after, he died because the town had (finally) dealt with him. You claim to have immunity from death so why wouldn't I clear your name for the sake of the town and to also prevent deep-wolf paranoia?
-
Sheriff.
-
I can only work with the info that I am given as it comes via the events of the game. As of this round, I can go back and say that my first investigation target had some investigation immunity of some sort. I'm not bastardized because my second investigation target just suffered the exact fate I was told they would suffer from the investigation results in my PM. This means that Ceres is, in all likelihood, The CDC. And if he is not, he's a deep-wolf. This is why I will investigate him to find out for sure.
-
A sheriff? More like THE sheriff
-
Ok, let's entertain that thought for a second. Kingpins get one investigation every two rounds. If I investigated thejazz97, does that mean I just pulled Master Radishes' name out of thin air? I have investigated both because I am a sheriff.
-
I don't think this is possible as these players do not exist on your sheet.
-
How the hell did I predict that thejazz97 was a toilet-paper hoarder? Do I get to frame how people die now? I'm a sheriff. I am town-aligned.
