The triceps were from the chest and back when you do pull ups. Ya good luck and push yourself. This is my second time. I did 3 weeks before but I had to stop.

I think I have more than enough fat . I don't really get what your friends are saying. I think you should just go ahead and start working out. You don't need fat, just lean muscle. I'm training for football so it's ok to carry around some flab
