  1. I would be dead of alcohol poisoning.
  2. Nope I just took the unprecedented step of unilaterally graduating mine. I'm not giving an opinion I just wanted you to know the article existed.
  3. @The 5th Line hey man here is the address to the Province. Kenney also took the time to address those who suggest letting the virus run its course. If the province does nothing, he said, as many as 32,000 people in Alberta could die — 640 people per day — with 1.6 million infections. “Our health system would collapse under the chaos of that scenario,” Kenney said. https://nationalpost.com/news/triple-threat-jason-kenney-reveals-grim-covid-19-scenario-for-alberta-in-televised-speech
  4. Essentially they have moved to herd immunity which will cause even more deaths. It's my understanding the US hospitals are now to the point where they have to decide who to save and who to let die. Look at Russias numbers and the amount of deaths. They're certainly doing something right, such a small percentage.
  5. I like @Me_ but I'm not sure if he has kids. This grade 2 thing is far worse than -45 out on a drilling rig. There is every device possible in the house and it's near impossible to get kids to focus and do schooling. I've spoken with many others saying the same thing. I'm not advocating for schools to open up early but my god teachers are underpaid. This coronavirus didn't give me a drinking problem instead being a substitute teacher has caused the drinking problem.
  6. Do they not update those like they do other aircraft?
  7. @The 5th Line It will likely be difficult to find the study, it was when Jason Kenney addressed the province on covid19 like a month ago. They also had projected numbers. I can try to find it for you soon.
  8. Yes that was their point. They gave 3 scenarios and the scenario of healthcare collapsing was if they did nothing and let the virus run it's course.
  9. We in Alberta say buy this man a beer. So I get your point and do at times question this stuff but those numbers are during a so called lockdown right? So if we do nothing how many people over 60 will die and how many under 60 will need medical attention? The Alberta government in fact ran a study on doing nothing and concluded it would overwhelm and collapse our health care system. Now again if you know me I always question things, however I can't imagine why Alberta, BC, Ontario, Canada, US, UK, etc would want to bankrupt themselves. You do as you're told!! Like Alberta sending all that supplies across the country.
  10. Well this wouldn't even apply to you. Forgive @Jimmy McGill he can't help himself the thought of taxes really excite him.
  11. Is this the cause, age? I mean I have heard this a few times in this thread now. Both Canada and the United States operate 40 year old combat fighter jets. I'm not saying new jets and planes aren't much needed but was it the cause? The Americans just had an f22 crash, arguably the worlds most advanced fighter jet. https://www.cnn.com/2020/05/15/politics/f-22-jet-crash-florida/index.html
  12. I'm surprised to see things opening in certain spots. In Alberta Daycares just opened on the 15th, been closed since like March 15th. Schools are done until at least September, absolutely no gyms open until phase 3 I think.
  13. A Canadian snow bird plane crashed near Kamloops in their cross Canada tour. https://trib.al/9MhwNca
  14. Alberta isn't going back to school this semester. I'm not even sure if we've got a full commitment that school starting back up in September. I find it strange BC is being so quick to jump to things given they are the tourist capital of the country it may have consequences.
  15. Strange why they won't release the info. Doesn't fit the narrative. Isn't being told oblivious fun.
  16. @Jimmy McGill I quoted the wrong post. Internet thing not working all that great today.
  17. Nova Scotia mass killer's semi-automatic guns believed to have come from U.S. HALIFAX — The RCMP says three of the four semi-automatic weapons used by a gunman during last month’s mass shooting in Nova Scotia are believed to have come from the United States. The federal force says in a news release today that only one of the guns could be traced back to a source in Canada. The Mounties are still declining to reveal the brand or the calibre of the weapons – two handguns and two rifles – used during the April 18-19 rampage that killed 22 people in five communities around the province. Gabriel Wortman, who police have said didn’t have a licence for the weapons https://calgarysun.com/news/national/nova-scotia-mass-killers-semi-automatic-guns-believed-to-have-come-from-u-s/wcm/20ee14f5-0959-4f6e-92fb-34d063265c3f/amp
  18. Yup I post memes but when I post political stories I provide the source. Imagine that I can do more than one thing..you should try it.
  19. I think it's funny you say that I don't provide sources when I always do. It's that you only trust CNN and belittle every other source. Everything politics for you, you're in the minority, if the sources you quote and you act as if you and your sources are so superior. I find it funny, a page or two back you laughed at another member saying a specific firearm wasn't banned he then shows you from the government website it is and don't even apologize, admit he is right or even edit your stupid lol. I think when people see that it shows a discussion with you is pointless.
  20. Let's forget about what he said nearly 10 years ago let's look at when he was PM. Sorry Destroyer your messiah disagrees with you.
