This one is quite sharp, but it's that stupid switch they made to the logo that makes it look silly. I'd like to see this with the dark blue, green, black, and some white, but the vintage SiR logo.
-
If I had to choose it would definitely be the SiR, but not the new one that looks like a clock stuck at 10:13.
-
Let's not get silly, aGENT.
-
Agreed it needs some polishing. Maybe we could throw some teeth on it as well.
-
How about this one? Abbotsford could use the same but turn the V upside down for an A. I'd personally love these, but I'd also welcome a colour update where we can have black jerseys, so black, white, green, and blue.
-
Someone needs to create a good Johnny Canuck logo.

FWIW, Texas is called the Lone Star State. It can also be looked at as the shape of a spur. The SSH colours are a big reason why I'm not a huge fan of our blue and green. Lots of people get a sense that it's a PNW thing and they identify with it, but I've always felt it's a PNW of the US thing. Just my $0.02.

I keep saying, but I don't think it'll catch on, that we should chant "Ohhhhhhhhhh" for Demko when he makes a big save, similar to how we chanted Luuuuuuuu. -

Oh, man, I'm loving this... This convo made me think back to my first game at the Pacific Coliseum: Nordiques vs Canucks. I was 7, and I've always remembered three things: Maclean made the save but slid into the net and the Nordiques won in overtime 3-2, I got to see Guy Lafleur play, and there was lots of fighting. So I looked it up just now: https://www.hockey-reference.com/boxscores/199012100VAN.html. Looks like Sakic won it in OT, Butcher and Odjick with three fights combined, and Lafleur in the lineup. I miss those home white jerseys. Perhaps the best moment of last night. What a show. -

We are reading the same page, my friend. Seeing such poor effort when trying to make the playoffs has been maddening, all while knowing what they're capable of. I've been so upset with Bo this year not leading the team on the ice, to the point where I have been questioning his leadership and will to win here. After his latest comments and then how he showed up last night makes me have hope that it has sunken in for him and the rest of the team on what they're capable of, and what it takes to play that way night in and night out. Like you said, we're 4-1 in our last 5 and yet we can all see that they haven't even reached their full potential yet. That's impressive, so hopefully last night was the TSN turning point for the boys. -

Yup, solid team effort last night, led by Demkooooohhhh in the first especially. Last night is what we all know is possible with this team but have rarely seen all year: effort. They wanted to win last night and kept the pedal to the metal. I hope this is a turning point and they all realize how they can play against top teams. -

The Flames looked like a good team that got outplayed by a better team. It wasn't a case of the Flames having an off night and playing poorly. The Canucks played their best game of the season. -

They looked slow because we were flying last night. The Flames didn't play a poor game, we just outplayed them greatly and made them look mediocre. Last night was more about how good our guys played for the entire 60 minutes. -

I get what you're saying. He did it last night on the PP especially, where guys backed off due to his slick stick handling. Patrick Kane creates space for himself with his hands, and Petey is on his way to doing that as well. His confidence is growing. -

Bo was vintage Bo last night. I've been super upset with him lately and this year, as he's been a huge passenger most nights. I've always believed in him, tho, as I know he can be a difference maker when he puts the effort in and leads by example. He's had a tendency this year to float off the ice and not backcheck very hard, but last night you could see his brain telling him to keep working hard, and he had one of his best games of the year. We need him so badly to show up every game like last night. Those shots were absolute snipes, and I don't think anyone would've save them, except Demkooooohhhhhh, of course. -

He said they're his favourite ones and wishes we could always wear them. Said the boys all love them as well. I'm fully on the lock Miller up long term train. He is such a stud, such a leader, and someone I don't think we'd get enough in return for to male it worthwhile. He really sounded like he wants to win here. -

Flames didn't even play a poor game, we simply outplayed them. That was probably the best game the Nucks have played all year. All around solid effort for a whole 60 minutes of Canucks hockey tonight.- 518 replies

That sounds amazing, especially getting to see our beloved Canucks all the time! I don't get to see and orcas from my place, but I'm on a golf course and do see lots of nature with eagles and deer, and they're also representative of BC, so they're also Canucks, I guess. Let's create a new logo with a deer on it! See, this is why we need so many jerseys and logos, because we have so many diverse opinions on which ones are the best. I say let's cycle through often.
