    smithers joe is out of the hospital and things are getting better. was bleeding inside. doctor thought i had leukemia but clear of that.

      i’m alive but my body is so weak and painful, walking and doing is hard. i will be getting help to strengthen my body up enough to resume normalcy. oh, the trials and tribulations of getting near the end. my advice to you all is, don’t do it. cheers lads and lassies. bring on hockey.

      Been there Joe. Took 6 months to be sort of normal after my stroke, so I share your pain. 

      Recovery is at your own pace. And damn right. Bring on hockey.
