Hello everyone
As you know the last year or so has been incredibly difficult with COVID-19 and it’s affected our mental health a lot. Lately I’ve been thinking about death a lot more now than before the pandemic with millions of people dying from the disease alone. My question is, how does one overcome with fear of death? I’m still in my 20’s and still have ways to go, but I still think to myself everyday, what will happen tomorrow or the day after? If anyone has any thoughts or opinions on this subject please free to share as it’s affecting me a lot during the pandemic thinking about it every single day
