The Coyotes have a three game split-squad day on Saturday as part of 5 games in three nights.  They probably just needed all these guys to be able to fill the rosters.

I will never complain about our preseason schedule again.  I feel sorry for the season ticket holders in St Louis and LA that have to pay full price, to watch the garbage Arizona sends them.

I think all seats will be replaced next summer was what they announced. Or all lower bowl will be at least followed by upper bowl the following summer. Either way they will be replaced, but I agree it should have all been done at once but they got concerts that make that hard to do I guess. Not like we haven't had long off seasons lately...

Its more about getting the seats.  My rep told me, it takes months to actually make the 20,000 or so seats.  The company is from the states.  The install itself seems pretty streamline

Agree with the choice.  A little surprised they made the announcement now instead of at the home opener.

I think it good to do it now.  They need a strong start this year.  Anything that helps reduce distractions, hopefully will help us get a better start.

I still expect some sort of ceremony opening night too.

Don’t these cultures kiss each other on the lips a lot, even the men? Maybe what’s gross to us is kind of normal there?
They won the big cup. They should be excited and happy. Kiss away!

Isn't that what Cuomo said after he had to resign for sexually harassing and groping most of his female staff.

I can see a real problem with definitions with this.  How big of a known person in the media do you need to be to win the definition of "celebrity".  Also does a retired athlete count as an athlete?  I could see some smart marketing people pushing boundaries with this one.

I was thinking the same thing.  Gretzky retired in 1999.  Can the Ontario government really legally prevent him from working for a legal industry?

Not sure where to post this, so I'm doing it here....

Bought 4 tickets to the Canucks vs Oilers game on October 14th, Oilers home opener. I am absolutely stoked. Going with 2 of my fellow Canuck fans and one die hard Oiler fan. If we pull off the W it'll be the best night of my life.

That will be a blast.  I have been to two preseason Canuck games there.

I’m sure people who are paying like $600 a ticket are really gonna get pumped up when the players walk by.

I can picture it now “honey who are those guys?” “I dunno the lacrosse team? I don’t really follow sports…”

Looks like they want $75,000 per ticket, that include all events not just Canucks.  But that gets you parking too. With those new black seats right behind the benches.
