  1. They also have 2 stanley cups in the past 4 seasons. You know what... get back to me, when the Blackhawks lose 5 straight. (including shoot outs etc etc)
  2. I don't think tonight a sniper would have made a difference. Maybe in the shoot out, but cmon... the Panthers was dying for the 3rd goal before the game ended. Canucks were dying to defend the tie. It was 2 different teams.
  3. ] Of course it matters. It's a measuring stick. Team loses 4 straight, one of the worst team comes into your building, should be able to get a win out of it.
  4. omg struggling against a Panthers team. Unbelievable.
  5. Horvat related news. London gets a huge boost with Zadorov coming back. London is that much stronger with him. http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=436977
  6. I don't really think he's blaming Luongo tonight. Although It's not really his fault, one thing that is true.... Luongo has no business being the starter for team Canada. He hasn't stolen a game for us yet. As far as I know. he's looked average too me, but Luongo is not payed to be average goalie. Lets not talk about stealing games like he did in 2007, lets talk about the Luongo early in the 2010 season. He looks nothing like that.
  7. maybe this team is just not as good as we think. Just look at the last 4 games. Nuff said. Good teams don't lose 4 straight to division rivals.
  8. I wish we get rid of this player asap. Not because he sucks, but because of his embellishing reputation around the leauge. What a terrible player he is. We will never get breaks as long as he dawns the Canuck uniform. Mark these words.
  9. Respect everyone that has a belief. Also respect everyone that are atheist. That is all. Everyone lives in Harmony. Everyone wins.
  10. On Draft Day, he drew Comparisons to Jordan Staal. Was their best offensive player (Bulls) during their playoff run. I find it hard to believe he's going to be a 4th line player like Suter suggested.
  11. To be honest the difference Lundqvist never choked as bad as Luongo did. I'm sorry to say. I'm not hear to slam Luongo, but he is no means in the same level of Luongo. The difference really is Lundqvist mainted his high level of player. Although its extremely unrealistic to expect a goalie to totally shut the door, but he's played much better then Luongo.
  12. you gotta be !@#$%ing kidding me if you think Lundqvist and Luongo are = this season. Lundqvist is contending for a vezina. Also look at his playoff performance. We have a Stanley cup right if it was Lundqvist over Luongo. Your out of your mind.
  13. this stuff actually happens everywere appolo, just like how coaches switch up line combonations. If you have enough time go follow another team. They pretty do the exact same thing we do or any good coach does. BTW Lundqvist won't be as bad as Luongo bro, so don't worry.
  14. If John Stevens is available, I will suggest getting John Stevens, as he's probably learned the effectiveness of Suters presure system.
  15. Dallas Eakins cannot honestly be the only good ahl coach right now. That's just impossible. Larry Robinson has no interest in coaching anywhere as a head coach. He's already stated it himself. IN regards to Eakins working as an assistant. AHL coach to NHL assistant is downgrade. He will never do that. Mike Gillis waiting for heads to role, to see if Tibbet gets re signed, and to see if Babock or Quinvelle might be available.
  16. MIke gillis is waiting for heads to roll. Probably waiting to see which one of the active coaches (currently still in the playoffs) might step down or get fired. Recent rumors had Babcock and Management getting into a fight. Who knows. Maybe Joel Quennville might quit? Or Tibbet is not brought in again? He's going to take his time with this decision.
  17. Give him an interview. See what happens. Kitchen should be a candidate for sure.
  18. Yes I also saw it, and found that Jason Botchford of more of a clown then I thought. I wouldn't take him too seriously. most coaches in the NHl are analytical . Tippett wouldn't be a bad option. It just gives him something to write about when Tippet doesn't work out in Vancouver he will then say, " 3 years ago I said he wasn't a good idea for Vancouver, see I'm right" type of b.s
  19. Aquillini's apparently wanted A.V gone, when they took over as owners. Mike Gillis advised them to keep him after the 8 hour re interview a little over 5 years ago that convined Gillis to keep him.
  20. he had a solid ahl season too. by far his best. point per game, guy after being sent back down the 2nd time.
