  1. Hardly see how 2 idiots banging heads together and injuring themselves constitutes an unfair competitive advantage, but whatever deflects the bad press away from the Patriots eh?
  2. Against the Bears and Browns yeah Bears at home would make Cutler look good if he were ever traded. I was impressed with him tonight to be honest. He looks like a vet out there already. Aside from taking unnecessary shots to get 1 more yard out of bounds, or trying to bowl through someone instead of sliding when it isn't for a TD or 1st down. It's one thing to stand in the pocket like a man and take a hit to make a pass, it's another to add wear to your body while simply running into a linebacker. The announcers were praising him all night. If he keeps it up it'll spread.
  3. 3 whole receptions. 2 of which were late in the 4th. Makes no sense.
  4. AP might only be out a week. Remember the NHL goalie last season being carried off the ice while looking like his leg was broken in 13 places only to play the very next game? You never know.
  5. It was a tough weekend for rb's: Jonathan Stewart Thomas Rawls Danny Woodhead Doug Martin Ameer Abdullah Arian Foster Adrian Peterson
  6. If true, it's so strange that a franchise qb and coach would be together this long. You have to think 1 of them would be out, and that it would be McCarthy.
  7. We got to do a better job of getting the ball to the official Brutal call.
  8. Mike McCarthy makes some odd calls too though, like not kicking a field goal tonight. Close divisional game like this and that call can't happen at that point in the game.
  9. Dammit! I forgot to set my pick for Survivor Pool. Well, it was good while it lasted.
  10. I'm not going to argue with that Chip, the O-line has been nothing short of frustrating. Having said that, I'm no NFL coach but I'd be trying to make some sort of adjustments to get the ball out of Wilson's hand sooner. One thing is for sure, Rams deserved the win.
  11. Are you $&!#TING me with that catch!!!???
  12. I didn't mean next year. I'll just get back to enjoying watching him shred defence's.
  13. Will he be able to do any of that at the NFL level though? In the meantime, he's having a badass start to the season.
  14. I'll admit that I'm watching the World Cup

It's not appointment TV, but if I'm around the house I'll have it on.

Granted with a 2 and a 4 year old, appointment tv as a rule is a distant memory.

  15. I think Garoppolo will still be in.
  16. My mistake though, looks like it's Arizona next, Pats after. That's what I get for recycling something I heard on the radio without fact checking.
  17. Too bad for Buffalo they face NE next. They're starting the year 0-3. Ryan and his brother are next.
  18. Couple of big games today. Perfect excuse to stay out of the rain and watch football all day.
  19. I thought Goodwin was going to break free at the end there.
  20. I only saw the 1st quarter, but it looked like Grabbert was running a college offense. They won handily though so they must have been doing something right, but can they do that going forward as teams get a feel for what they're doing week after week? Shades of Kaep on Grabbert's runs though. He and Hyde opened up the short pass by keeping the D honest as they defend the run game. I've always had a soft spot for the 49'ers, not so much for Coach Kelly though. What I saw tonight was weird.
  21. %100 for 4 minutes, and then, like, %60 for like 5 minutes after that.
