  1. hat-trick watch: Gaunce has two goals and an assist midway through the second period against Sudbury tonight (Subban has a goal and two assists, and they finished a 2-on-1 together for Gaunce's first goal).
  2. finishes with a goal and an assist in a 3-0 win. Wouldn't mind having him with the big club right now, but nobody foresaw this rash of injuries coming.
  3. Burrows - we really need him.

  4. "Alberts-Weise-Sestito" I think I just died a little

Weise ans Tostito can wreck a few faces though ;p

  5. Rodin had a goal and two assists today, 4-10-14 in 15 games now.
  6. Updated, y'all. This one took me a while longer because it's midterm season and I work on the weekends. This next week might be a little slow as well, I've got quite a few assignments due, but I'll probably go back to near-daily updates after the smoke clears. Taking a suggestion and posting the new stats here; I don't think I'll do this every update (it seems silly to make a whole new post because one or two prospects played a game) but I'll probably add the new stats as a new post every week or two. (whenever there's been significant change). I'll update the main post as frequently as I can though.
  7. Ehh, I'm pretty sure we still have his rights, but even if we didn't he still plays on the same team as Anton Rodin so its not tough to keep track of him. Like avelanch said though, I doubt he ever re-signs here.
  8. Me too man, although I don't wanna ask mods to pin my own thread. I can do that, I'll probably wait a little while longer though (at least for the Utica prospects) until we have a larger sample size of games. I can bold everyone over a point per game or something.
  9. Gaunce has his first goal of the season (and two slashing penalties) tonight vs. Windsor. Windsor's only leading 3-2 but they're really giving it to Belleville, shots were 22-3 in the second period.
  10. He had another goal today, so he just keeps on rolling. If anyone wants to check out his highlights, there are a few videos if you scroll down his page on the SEL website. Today's was a sweet backhander, lots of patience. http://www.shl.se/trupp/BIF/486
  11. Yeah, I think it's inevitable that he'll be traded this year. Belleville's got a terrible-looking team, almost all of their good players from last year are gone except for Gaunce and Subban... and since this is junior hockey, it make more sense for the Bulls to deal them to contenders and grab some picks to rebuild. Gaunce on London with Horvat would be too sick.
  12. I'm loaded on Sharks in my hockey pool and of course in a 9-2 game Thornton and Boyle get one point apiece.

Mangoes, your team sucks so hard. Stop.

  13. Anybody want to see Rodin get another chance over here? 10 points through 10 games so far, 12th in league scoring. I wonder if it's a product of him finally being at full health and getting lots of playing time (he's on Brynas' first line) or if he's just better suited to international ice than North American.
  14. I was thinking of doing that for the Utica players once the AHL season gets going. I'm not sure about other leagues though, there aren't a huge amount of prospects in the other categories (maybe major junior players would work). Thanks to everyone for the continued kind words and feedback!
  15. how on earth does Holmgren still have a job?

      No logical reason behind it.

He must have dirt on the owners or something.

  16. he's been credited with both London goals. This is gonna be one productive year for him.
  17. What's even more impressive is that the cereal he eats is plain Shredded Wheat.
  18. Thanks in return all, I do it for all the cool people like you. I definitely didn't expect him to start the year with a five points in five games. He'll probably end up breaking a few bones in the future with that shot of his, too.
  19. Took off Tochkin and added Welsh. I'll add Dalpe and Stanton when/if they are assigned to the AHL... I'm assuming both will be at some point, with Kassian and Schroeder both returning in the future.
  20. Alright, since I've had a few people ask for Rodin and Sweatt to be added I'll do that soon. They are playing on the same team in Sweden after all, should be easy enough to keep track of. Out of the two, I think Rodin has the better chance to come back to us, even if it's a very slim one... he's only 22 and were it not for all the injuries he might still be here.
  21. Thanks! I wasn't sure where Williamson was playing this year. I'll be sure to add him when I due the update tonight, once Portland's game finishes.
  22. Thanks! I don't believe any of our prospects play tonight so I won't be updating... no OHL/WHL games, NCAA/AHL/ECHL seasons haven't started yet, and Kenins is our only prospect overseas but his next game is tomorrow. I didn't even think to include players like Rodin, Sweatt, etc, since it seems highly unlikely they'll return to the Canucks as they both rejected qualifying offers to be here.
  23. Thanks! I'll probably end up making a mistake somewhere, so a few complaints are to be expected. But I do my best to keep up with the prospects anyway, so I'm hoping I won't fall behind.
  24. Hey everyone! So, after asking Avelanch, I've decided to start up the prospects points tracker for this season. I'll update this whenever possible. I've chosen not to include signees such as Stuart, Pelletier, Mullen, etc., since they aren't exactly prospects - basically anybody who is a Canucks draft pick/RFA at the end of their contract is listed. The Comets table is sorted by points; all others are alphabetical. Playoff tables have now been added! I'll be adding more players to these as other leagues begin their playoff seasons. Let me know if there's anything I've missed or anything you'd like me to add! (red text denotes an injured player; an '(x)' beside the player's name indicates that they have been recalled/demoted and are no longer on the team's roster; italics indicate that a player has been eliminated from the postseason) Final stats: REGULAR SEASON: PLAYOFFS:
  25. On the bright side, Gaunce-Santorelli-DeFazio have looked really good tonight. On the bad side, our best line has been Gaunce-Santorelli-DeFazio...

that he has, he was so close on that 2-on-1. I think the fringe players are just way more motivated at this point.
