      lost track but quit years ago. All I can say is drink lots of water and be stubborn.

      You are correct Aladeen, I've stopped smoking for 18 days and counting. Thanks.

      I started smoking without assistance in 1967, and I've stopped the same way.

      As a Taurus, some might say that I'm stubborn. I prefer to think of it as strong determination.
