Does anyone here think Edler is playing any better for LA now, than OEL did for the Canucks this season? But, OEL as a play-off performer is still a mystery… there is that.

Yikes! Were the Canucks just one draft selection away from getting Draisatl or what? Uh, yes, it was the Virtanen draft year. Ugh!

Like the Rome on Horton hit them? How fair was justice there, when a previously concussed dude hits his noggin on the ice wearin’ a loose helmet? Glad the NHL has supposedly fixed that by now, at least. Just saying it’s horrible news for DAL & I’m sad for the player. I didn’t say I thought it was a dirty hit or laid any fault.

Haha. Just saw the replay. I feel horrible for any player taking a head shot….incidental or deliberate. Nothing more despicable than these… …none of which, were ever apologized for….despicable!!

Yah. The chances of LA winning this game are slim & none,…& slim is preparing to leave the building.

PP is the only way the Kings get back into this game. And maybe not even then. Someone needs to cut themselves on a Oiler’s stick blade. Just like what happened in that douche-call against Petey the other night. And there it is!!!

Watching the end of the ladies Canada vs USA World Championship game. 3-3 with 14 min to go in the 3rd. Canada’s PP coming up… Then, I’ll return.

Only Kings I somewhat dislike are Dustin Brown (retired) & Pouty Doughty. I’m feeling a little sorry for the average folks in LA. It’s had a lot of climate change hard luck, it’s a city of old landmarks, finding it difficult to choose what to modernize or not. City money needs to be spent on more important things. Their fans are now more legit, that just some celebrity cling-ons. Oilers are exciting - but the rivalry between Canucks Nation & those 2 Alberta teams is still real! I don’t have a hate-on for the LA Kings in that old way anymore as their style is unremarkable. But, without scoring the 1st goal early, their system is in a bit of trouble, isn’t it? They are pretty much defense or die.

Kings won’t win the Cup - but maybe, just maybe, in this 1st round, they can surprise & snuff-out these Oilers. Spoil the Oil! (More play-off cash for Edler, he may not be having many more play-off series left in those skates). I’m cheering for Carolina & the ‘Peg for personal reasons.

Wearin’ my Edler jersey. Didn’t really know who I’d be cheering for…until that 1st goal. Sadly, I don’t think Alex is going to win the SCup with LA,…but in my heart, I was not exited seeing those Oilers score, either. I know these fans really want it,…but sorry - your cupboard is full.

EDM stole former-Canucks’ anthem singer’s shtick of letting the fans sing a portion of the national anthem…unlead. Come to think of it, since Opera Guy’s dismissal, the Canucks’ post-season luck has not been that great. Opera Guy was a protesting anti-vaxxer, at the time of his dismissal. Is it time to let bygones be bygones & make overtures to bring Opera Guy back, (sort of like Kate Smith was used to traditionally sing “God Bless America” for the PHA Flyers play-off games)? Yah, I know that the Canucks will have to make the post-season 1st. But - if EDM & the rest of the league want to steal our schticks like: the WhiteCap’s crowd Wave, terrible (white) towel, & this arena anthem serenade…maybe, we should be taking-back a very familiar tradition of our own - don’t ya think?

Fully transparent, stress free & so simple. All the complicated nuances of this current draft lottery process only confirm to me, the high likelihood that it is…or could be rigged.

It appears that in this new coach’s estimation, JT Miller is the front-runner to be the next Canucks’ “C”. With Bo gone & should Miller survive as a Canuck past July 1st, he will be named as such before the next pre-season, mark my words.

Did you mean Pearson? His grilling by the media, is what I found the most distasteful or uncomfortable to witness.
