I've never seen Trapped or Identity (but after googling them, I can tell you now that I never will). What Lies Beneath was okay, at best. The Strangers was pretty intense at some parts, but lost itself along the way. Coulda been great, but didn't deliver and suffers the same fate as What Lies Beneath (just okay). Psycho and Vertigo don't even deserve to be mentioned amongst that lot! You should

Depends. Horror can be truly awful. Most of the 'horror' or thriller movies these days just aren't shocking or interesting. But I spent a month, maybe 3 or 4 months ago, watching a series of movies that are considered (even today) to be really shocking or brutal. And I enjoyed a whole bunch of them. Gore for the sake of gore is just boring. What sorta horror/thriller stuff do you like?

uhhh. i like movies by michael haneke (cache, funny games, etc.). i appreciate bergman's work (autumn sonata, persona, wild strawberries, seventh seal). i like scorsese's stuff, too. taxi driver, goodfellas, raging bull. i love the coen brothers' entire oeuvre, too. i don't know, lots of sh*t. Like I said, I don't know much noir stuff, and I'm pretty ignorant about westerns, too

anyone can type with a capital letter and a period, and that's proven by a billion people on this forum. not many people can type something that's funny or offensive or even worth reading. instead, just innoucuous, boring, blathering nonsense. again, proven by a billion people on this forum. i don't know if it's laziness or just not giving a sh*t, but i'll go with lazy, if you insist
