Ceres is claiming to have "real" Sheriff powers, he's also claiming to have Doctor "self-save", as well as the ability to create the "cure" for those who become infected. He claims to have made a "self-save" Doctor move last night, and that he was therefore the MK target. He also investigated Lucky. I'm calling BS.
