He didn't to me either! You should have seen this kids calves lol they were huge! And he's pretty thick in his shoulders and chest. I'm guessing that his conditioning wasn't up to snuff!? He looks fit, but can he carry it around the ice consistently, that's the question!

He was actually the first autograph that I got yesterday!! (To the left of the O in the V on the jersey..... EP40 is on the other side of the O ) He was super nice and didn't have a problem talking to you. He signed stuff while the first group was on the ice, and he even came back out with BO afterwards to sign more stuff for everyone! (pic below) It really was a great event to get to meet all the players! The only players that I didn't get to meet and get an autograph from were Edler and Myers who seemed to get whisked away pretty quick by staff.

Well that was definitely worth the $5 fee! What a great day, and got 25 sigs to go with an awesome experience..... Including Pettersson and Hughes!!! Oh.... how can I forget?! I also saw my 'dad' there, Captain Kirk himself! He was just taken' it easy with us fans in the stands!!

I know it starts at 10am, hence why I mentioned that lol, but I was hoping that someone who has been to one already could tell me if they got in early, or just came right at event time! Thanks tho

I made that mistake last night too....... just ashamed that this is how some of our 'fan' base chooses to behave/react to things!

I'm heading down to the practice/scrimmage this morning! Anyone know if the doors are open at 9am again? I know the event starts at 10am, but just curious if the doors open sooner!? Thanks

Did you not read, or pay attention to the rest of his post though?! When Sutter is healthy, which he will be to start the year, he is better than Gaudette currently in the 3C hole. So we start him there, and Gaudette gets top line minutes in the AHL to start the year to hone his game. So we start the year off with the better 3C option (when healthy), and when/if Sutter goes down, we can always call on Gaudette to come up and take his spot after already playing a bunch down in Utica. But if somehow Sutter doesn't get injured all year, then we have a pretty solid 1-4C and Gaudette gets a whole year of top line minutes perfecting his craft..... nothing wrong with that! So there really is no losing in any of these scenarios and by us keeping Sutter..... at least Gaudette can get stronger at the NHL level, and Sutter can hopefully get some value back so we can trade him for more than a 3rd or 4th rounder which is probably the most we'd get for him ATM.

I don't know where you are getting your facts, but this is just a straight up lie! He has scored 95 times in 435 games. So 435 divided by 82 is 5.3 seasons. 95 divided by 5.3 equals 17.92 average goals per season! That is with his under 15 minute a game usage last year, and also includes his first games in the NHL when players are just getting their feet wet and not expected to score 20 goals in that first year. His four previous years before last he scored more than 20 goals each year! I'd say that's pretty good second line production! And .55 pug is pretty decent for someone who is only 26 years old. And given the fact that we should make the playoffs in the next two years, especially the way our young core is developing and only getting better, giving up that 16+ draft pick isn't that hard of a pill to swallow! I would be pretty happy if a draft pick in the 16+ range turns out to be a 20 goal 50+ point player and we just got a proven one, not a 'lottery ticket' so to speak!

I haven’t found/seen any yet, but man I really hope that he does gets some NA games in this year! I think it would help him tremendously for coming to camp next year......especially if he can get some playoff games with Utica! *fingers crossed*
