It’s such a tricky slope, I’ve been a fan since the mid 70’s and still hoping! Been a fan of the Flyers since 74, they won back to back cups and still waiting…had a condo down in Florida for 12 years, got to see the Panthers when they were really bad… and after last year they are not looking good again! Watch the Leafs on tv and in Van for 50 years… still waiting! My brother is a Hans fan… ugh he has so much history to fall back on! Have a brother in Edm since 85… he hates the Oilers but they had their era. Nothing is a given, we go to watch the games… if the Canucks are terrible, I enjoy seeing other teams best players perform. I don’t want them to win the cup, I’m a fan of hockey and I still go and watch… owners don’t owe me or anyone an explanation.
